This place is truly awful. I hope this place goes out of business. I hope management and HR lose their jobs and struggle profusely. Between the borderline abuse of children, there is absolutely no care for the workers or the children or anyone else except for managers. The management there care ONLY about keeping money in their pockets. I cannot believe how greedy people can be in a line of work dedicated to helping children in need. ANYONE WITH A CHILD IN NEED OF SERVICES: go somewhere else. This place is truly awful. I bet people across the world can smell the greed and evil aroma that this facility gives off. Go somewhere else. Take your child somewhere with GOOD reviews and make sure they get the attention and care they need. And if you're looking for a job, look elsewhere. You may be in need of therapy yourself after this place is done with you. Those workers look so depressed and they feed that energy back into the children they are caring for. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! If this place burnt down overnight and sent the company out of business, the world will genuinely become a better place. To the HR team that drug me and my child through the mud over the last 2 years, I hope you become homeless and your scalp be infested with fleas

This company excels in every aspect—excellent therapists and outstanding communication across the board. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone with children who could benefit from their services.

Working with Mobile Therapy Centers has been a great resource and been extremely helpful. Their therapists have made such a difference in my families lives with their expertise in ABA and Speech Therapy services. Thank you MTC for the exceptional service and taking care of my families needs. Keep doing great things! 💯

Update 2(7/10/23): Seems that MTC can't keep to the contractual obligations nor have communications when it comes to payments. Balance is not what it should be. Payments and max out of pocket doesn't add up. I'm being overcharged. Be aware. Update (10/5/22): It's sad to say that I no longer recommend this place. As great as it once was, the past few months have been bad. A few months ago there have been quite a few changes. When those changes happened (mostly staffing), my daughter started having more problem behaviors. Before the staffing changes, my daughter did extremely well and was learning and adapting quickly. They set up a program for her with goals to work on and accomplish and she was doing great towards those goals. Since the staffing changes happened, the program that was implemented towards my daughter changed drastically as if she was a new client again and now my daughter has started regressing with some behaviors. If somethings not broke, why fix it.... That comes to mind when things were working so well for my daughter. But to implement a completely different program and seeing its not working begs the question as to what should be done. There were daily updates on a sheet that was given to us with what was great and what my daughter had issues with for that day. Now the daily reports do not report the problem behaviors but only highlight the "good" behaviors. Can't sugar coat issues and make it seem like my daughter had a great day when she obviously hadn't when my wife or I arrive for pickup and she's been having tantrums. There was also no phone call or text the last time my daughter got hurt although allegedly an internal report was filed. Seems like all the great staff are gone and new hires without (possibly some with) experience are now working. My opinion for what it's worth is currently not a great one. As mentioned, I can no longer recommend this place. Not sure what exactly happened internally where a director, and quite a bit of staff just left suddenly (voluntarily or non voluntarily) but the outcome is obvious. My daughter has been doing worse now than when she first started. My daughter started at this location when MTC kind of first opened up (this location) and when she first started the progress she made was tremendous! The first week or two showed huge progress than before she started and it was noticeable. Now it seems her progress has halted. At this point, my wife and I are at our wits end. A lot of concerns or comments sometimes goes onto deaf ears. I think I'll leave it at that as I can continue. This was once a great place that I HIGHLY recommended, but no longer do. This is all my experience and my opinion. ----------- (original review) My wife and I take our daughter here full time. The difference it has made from the first week up till this date currently is night and day difference. Our daughter went from speaking very few words to form a sentence (usually 2 word sentences) to being able to form an actual correct sentence with several words. She now knows how to politely ask in a form a question when she wants something. Work is still needed but the tremendous difference that all the staff members have done for our daughter is something we are very pleased with. Extremely friendly staff. Daily updates. Bi-weekly updates pertaining to goals, programs, and other important information on how everything is progressing. The staff here has been extremely helpful. They are more than willing to help and answer any question my wife and I have. They all do great work and work hard on reaching targeted goals for each individual client. My wife and I are extremely proud of the progress our daughter has made with the help of these services and the staff. There are so many options of services offered ranging from ABA, Speech, OT, ect, while utilizing activities such as circle time with peers, a sensory room, playing outside, mock rooms, & many other beneficial activities.
