Dr. Katie Hedlund is an expert in her field and stands above the rest in Women’s Health Physical Therapy. Her approach is holistic and she is very skilled at identifying the root causes of pain and dysfunction and then prescribing exercises and changes for optimal function. Katie’s initial help made my delivery so smooth! Katie helped me with healing of my core postpartum and with other movement patterns affecting my body feeling its best every day. The convenience of in-home treatment is so nice for these years with young children. Katie’s care is personalized, unlike a postpartum core program I had tried online. I now have a personal toolbox of exercises I can use every day and I have never felt better! I am very grateful for the personalized care I received from MMPT!

I’m so happy I was referred to Katie for my physical therapy needs. Her attention to detail and deep understanding of how the body works came together for super effect results. Katie was so helpful throughout my pregnancy! At the beginning of my second trimester I started having bad sciatica pain in my back. Katie came to my house the rest of the pregnancy, providing me with exercises to help the pain and prepare me for labor. It was so convenient not having to miss more work to drive across town to our appointments. I’d highly recommend Katie as a resource for any pregnant or postpartum women who are wanting to feel their best during these huge life milestones.
