I come here and do what I'm suppose to. I pass my drug screens and stay to myself and never cause any problems. The only thing that really bothers me about this place is that they tell you, you can't use the bathroom or there is no bathroom but yet it's a clinic and we are patients. We have the right to use the restroom. I come from bay Minette and then I have to drive to fairhope for work so I always try to use the bathroom before I leave because normally when I get there I have to use the restroom. They say the bathrooms are only for UAs and that's not right or fair. They really need to address this because there should be a restroom open for everyone to use.

This clinic is the biggest joke in Mobile Alabama as soon as the director goes to Florida they all answer the phones like laughing hyenas. These Incompetent nurses too counselors ( no degrees) think 🤔 that everyone’s time and money 💴 spent here is a joke. They say your drug test are negative when our own government marines navy etc. are told not to eat poppy seeds. But this 🎪 with their clowns 🤡 cackling like hens think that because they are stuck in the clinic suppose to be doing their jobs that we should have to be there also. I give this lack of professionalism except for for 2 counselors and the director. If you are entertaining the thought of going to This horrendous hole in the wall I suggest that you not. These ppl pose as a counselor for a year until time to take a test they fail the test given the boot 🥾 and we the client is subjected to more posers that do NOT know counseling’s from gossip. The director needs to watch 🎥 while she is (in Florida in training) said per one of her 🤡 or counselors. I pray 🙏 for everyone struggling with this pandemic. One thing about this door 🚪 is it always has intake but never a exit strategy. I recommend this circus 🎪 to nobody. The circus 🎪 gets worse as the years go by. Bradley the corporate leader came from Birmingham last month and asked for my opinion and as of now nothing has changed except his ability to by a cow once a year buy a dehydrator of food and enjoy the “good life” while those who pay 💰 for his quality of life suffers at the hands 🙌 of nurses that have been expelled from a hospital 🏥 job and take out their failed attempts at a decent job to come here. If your a nurse why do We the customers have to make a special trip up for Treatment Team 😂 this time around 👀🤡🎪🤡🎪🤡🎪💰💰💰💰💰🤡🤡🤡also I went to indeed and this is what employees felt about this establishment also here is the United States 🇺🇸 government saying what they say see below

I’ve been on the program for 12 years, I ve had 3 awesome counselors. I stayed with one for 9 years, without her I wouldn’t have made it. She was in recovery herself, so She understood me. It is pretty bad right now, with the employee turnover rate, and organization with the Hurricane season. But with anything there is good and bad. I am sure they will get it back together soon.People need to understand that they are highly critiqued by federal laws. But as long as you do what your supposed to, you will not have any problems.

It has it's ups and downs (like most places) but overall, if you WANT to get clean and you WANT the help, it's certainly there. My Counselor is AMAZING (Shirley) and has been A LIFE SAVER! I HONESTLY don't know where I would be at today if I didn't make the decision to start Treatment. It is as easy as YOU make it!

Well...all seems well on the surface. They give off the impression that they want to help, but when life gets hard, they make it even harder on you. Do not expect any amount of understanding about transportation issues, even if you call. They give false information on policies over the phone about allowing certain things, then when you show up, you are denied those things. The counselors are overworked and underpaid. All of them are your best friend until you need answers as to why systems and policies in place arent working or being held up to the standard that they hold us to. I, personally, have been through 3 counselors because the turnover rate is UNREAL. And Ive been there 6 months. Imagine having to re explain 3 times why you are there, rehashing OVER AND OVER WHY YOU NEED HELP, because the counselors need to "connect". Meanwhile, most of them are so ADD that you cant get them to stop talking about themselves, or they are quitting because its soul crushing to work at a place like this, apparently. Staying on the streets would be easier than coming here. There is more compassion in any dealer Ive ever met, and they dont penalize you, or take away your medicine because THE BUSES ARENT RUNNING CORRECTLY DURING A PANDEMIC. Bottom line is...they aren't very organized. They change routines regularly. They can't keep a counselor to save their lives, and the ones that are there, don't really care. I had to learn the hard way. My advice would be to find another treatment center. And/or be prepared to go through hell here. Also. I just checked their Indeed.page. a group of former or current employees rating the place that they work and the business ethics etc. Their own employees rate this place a 1.8!!! I mean, cmon. Knowledge is power.

Ok at first but they got rid of all their good staff that had been there for years who actually knew more about running it than the ones I've seen come & go. I transferred after they took my take homes away because they didn't have a current number to reach me for A bottle check. A phone I've had for 3 years. I always made sure my counselor had my number which he did but whoever called had another number in her computer. I was transferred to like 8 different counselors in 2 years. They expected me to open up to all those strangers. Lol. Anyway it's a joke. I know a few people still goes there & are having same experience. ECD the best. Try calling MMTC & ask a question & I bet they put you on hold because they don't know the answer. Its a joke but Its on you!! Good luck! God bless!
