This office is the worst I have ever been too. First the doctors will fat shame you no matter how hard you try to lose weight. Second the front desk staff are extremely rude to customers in person and on the phone. I called the dental to make an appointment for a sore throat with an abcess behind my right tonsil, and the lady on the phone asked why would I consider that a dental problem. If you want your day ruined and people to talk down to you like garbage, this is the place for you.

Ive been going to MOCH for over 3 -3.5 years not ONE bad experience have i had. Everybody there is friendly and helpful. If you go in with a bad attitude who would blame them for have one to Not me. I dont believe any of these bad reviews cause some people just want to B*T*H and moan cause they think everyone should please there needs no matter what. after using Missouri Ozarks Community Health for several years i've had nothing but good things to say about the clinics in licking and cabool. but in houston my experience at the doctor's office, I couldn't help but notice an evident misandrist attitude from both the doctor and nurse. Every patient, regardless of gender, deserves unbiased and respectful treatment.

Started off good here , Dentist saved my tooth haven't been able to get a new appointment since then. The appointment person is extremely nasty. When I set my appt 2019 the girl at the appt desk was extremely nice couldnt have been nicer and all of the assistants back then too .

They dont care about their patients. Very rude and unprofessional. The girls in the front have an attitude for whatever reason. 🤷‍♀️ Violated HIPPA not only mine, but my 11 yr old sons. Bu announcing my private information across the room from the window. When other patients are in the same room. Another time I was 5 minutes late. NO other patient was in there. I arrived, checked in, then 7 min later I was told from the window as i was sitting down instead of calling me to the window, they had to reschedule me because of a 10 min late reschedule policy. When in fact I was 5 min late because of a thunder storm and driving slower to get there. But making me sit there for an additional 7 min to make me late. Another time, I had to reschedule because the power went out. Sure is funny they don't mind canceling when it's convenient for them. They don't care about their patients. I will never be back there. They mistreat people and there is something seriously wrong with not allowing a parent to be back with their children. They think it's appropriate to discriminate against people with medicaid. That's all it is. Nasty people.

Heads up!!! They don't allow parents to go back with their kids 5 years and older. They don't tell you this before you get there either. They don't give a reason except "it's policy." Whoever made their policy doesn't seem to care if kids get scared or or hurt. Trusting your kids alone complete strangers? No thanks. Pretty terrible making low income families have to choose between keeping their kids teeth healthy or keeping them safe. I'm not returning.

Arrived 9 minutes late because kids got out of schools later than usual. We live in a neighboring town. Went for my son for a filling. No one else were there, ZERO other patients, so we got signed in and waited about 30 minutes in waiting room. Then they told me that we would have to reschedule because we were 10 minutes late. Lazy doctor got outta some work today! Also don’t like you can’t go back with your kids.

The front girls were very rude especially the one with only one tooth in her head, the nurses were rude to me, then the doctor was rude to me about the nurses, the doctor wanted to talk about everything except my problem. Then after spending $200 on the visit I got one refill on my meds…. ONE! Very expensive place to go because you have to go every month….. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
