The current staff at Mission Point Hancock is amazing! They are so attentive to needs of their patients and also keep our family informed. They are truly a special group of caregivers who aren’t afraid to assist co-workers, rearrange rooms to make it feel more like a home, share in our tears and laughter alike.

The corporate office has just purchased a brand new 2024 Ford van for residents' use to transport them for medical appointments and leisure. Great investment and commitment to residents' wellbeing - kudos! This facility has caring and dedicated staff that put the needs of residents first.

It is evident that the staff members here care about the residents. The rehab team is constantly praised for their efforts and the management team does a great job addressing concerns as they come up. The residents are well taken care of at this facility!

Very friendly place! Small compared to other facilities, so everyone really knows everyone very well and it creates a family atmosphere. They have a great therapy program and actually allow outdoor smoking for those resident who prefer, which can be difficult to find elsewhere. The Administrator Dana is top-notch and you can go to her for any of your needs!

Do not let or your loved ones go to this facility, they are extremely negligent and should be shut down. They are currently being investigated by the state for neglect Please search for the LARA report before considering this facility
