Mission Physical Therapy Group

I have had several Physical Therapy Sessions over the past 5 years at Mission Physical Therapy Group! Maryann, Steve and Staff are exceptional with treatment & patient care! I just completed 10 weeks of PT for a Rt. Knee Total Replacement at Mission. I have exceeded My Orthopedic Doctor's recovery expectations which I contribute to the excellent care, I received from the Staff! Thank you Steve, Maryann, Cameron, Mikayla, Naveli, Lisa & Roxanna for your patience and care at Mission P.T.! 👍🏼

I’ve gone to Mission for 4 different injuries and have had Maryanne work on me all 4 times she is awesome. When you walk through the door every greets you with a smile the whole staff is just great. The environment is very relaxed but professional at the same time and your always in and out in a timely manner. I won’t let my doctor send me any where else other than Mission.

My own experience is they need help on their staff. they have a great opportunity to hire someone to be a part of that staff and nothing but positive. Someone that is well qualified and has all the credentials by the state of California. However they chose to forgo the hiring based on vaccination status. It is just a poor decision on them to pick sides in a world where it should be equal. They lost a opportunity and They also lost a patient and I could not recommend them. Based upon that.

This post is not regarding Steve. It’s regarding the older woman who took over for Steve for the 2nd half of my twelve treatments. Whenever I explained to her why I believed my symptoms were as bad as they were, she reduced them. Never asking probing questions, just assuming she knew what was happening and nothing could be changed. I’ve had the scans done and have multiple injuries that line up with exactly what I’ve been complained about. The only thing I asked for, was an order for a knee brace on an injury that had already been documented in my chart on MRI(easily found if she took 10 mins). Her lack of intellect, compassion and skill are the reason I am still in pain. I have had horrible experiences with medical providers, but this was pretty close to the top. She should not be practicing. She is too concerned about taking personal plane trips with her husband all over the country. She has caused direct harm to me by not having enough knowledge and skill to make the appropriate plan to improve my symptoms, even the slightest. Again, the reason for this review is so you, as a patient, don’t waste your time or money here. The support staff is wonderful, minus the woman who lied about how a fax machine works. They also overcharged the veterans administration for things they didn’t do; but, I can’t get a knee brace for a documented injury... - Ryan Ptaszenski

Their physical therapists are condescending, unprofessional and unskilled. Went for 12 visits where they focused on a symptom of the problem and not where the issue originated. Even after explaining this to them, they were dismissive. It was a complete waste of time going here, as my back pain is just as bad as before treatment with them. They also denied my asking for a knee brace, even though I have been experiencing pain for many years and wear a knee sleeve that doesn’t provide enough support. These people do not have your best interests in mind. Do not give them your business.

Everyone here is outstanding. Maryanne, Andy, Denise, Steve, Kelly, etc and staff are always so nice and have helped through several surgeries. They put lots of time and effort into helping heal. Outstanding people!

Love the staff, very interested in wanting to help you. The staff is always courteous and kind. I would highly recommend them. I’m feeling great these days. I’ve have proudly given my feed back after only 2 sessions.

The staff are super friendly and very helpful . I have never had any problems there and have had treatments for back, shoulder and now my neck . I would definitely recommend them.
