Mission Physical Therapy Group

My last experience with North County Physical Therapy was in 2019. I had been there for two previous injuries. Valerie is always welcoming. But, to me, the receptionist Lois, is cold and almost hostile. I've seen her very jovial towards other patients so I don't know why I didn't appeal to her. But more importantly, the therapists such as Mike, were as aloof and as unengaged as possible. And I could hear them laughing in the office at their patients while we were exercising. Overall, almost complete disrespect. I will not go back there. In fact, I will pay for my own PT out-of-pocket if I have to if there is no other option. My message to North County Physical Therapy is: be very careful of what you are saying , doing, and how you are acting while you think your patients are not looking or listening. Shame on you. ...

Staff has always been helpful. I've had 3 back surgeries and a hip surgery. Appointments have always been timely, sometimes a bit behind.
