Reception over the phone is rude and unknowledgeable. Doctor wasted our time by asking us to reissue another referral only to refuse to see us after receiving another referral with the correct diagnosis. Additionally, the doctor was unable to give a reason for why they can’t see us other than “I won’t see the patient”. Unprofessional staff overall.

I struggled to heal an extremely stubborn fungal infection in my foot for over a year with Kaiser. I saw two different primary care Dr's. plus another one when I had to go to urgent care while on vacation. I also saw a dermatologist, and an infectious disease Dr., and took several rounds of different antibiotics... I changed insurance and went to see Dr. Gabriel Van Gompel and a week later I was cured. I was so happy when the front desk girls asked if I needed a follow up appointment. I said "nope, I'm cured!" It's been almost two years and my feet have been very happy. Go see him you won't regret it

Dr. Van Gompel is a great doctor. He listens to my concerns and aches. My ankle was hurting to walk on, right away he recommended several things to help me. I've been dealing with several specialist lately, Dr. Van Gompel was the first doctor who treated me like a patient not a cattle. So happy I came to him, I am now able to walk on my ankle with no pain!!!!! The staff is so nice, friendly, and welcoming, especially Bianca!!!!

Condescending staff
