!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Extremely Unreliable !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel this is just a place meant to make money. Let me take some time to explain it in detail about the process my friend went through here.. They booked the first appointment to ensure that they can get the money from your insurance. Then prescribed some pain meds which they never send to the pharmacy. I took two rides to the CVS pharmacy to get it but I was told they never received a prescription from the doctor. [1 Red Flag] On contacting the office back, the front desk lady said she will check with the doctor about the prescription. What does that suppose to mean, why is it not tagged to my account that it is requiring a check again. [2 Red Flag]. We were told they would call us back which they never did. This shows they were just trying to get away with the call. [3 Red Flag] The examination rooms have no ventilation, i.e. no window, no AC. You are made to sit there with the door closed for a long time to wait for the doctor. It gets really suffocating in there. Its highly shameful to de-prioritize the patient's need when the whole purpose of the place is to treat them. I personally would never want to go this place again.

I’ve been going to doctors Gwalani Office since almost the end of 2020. He doesn’t listen to you when you explain your pain. He doesn’t explain why you are in this pain. He does more talking then listening. He makes rude, crude, jokes and comments. He rushes you out of your appointment. He forgets to give you stuff from your appointment. And when you call in the front desk people do not answer the phone. To me it seems like he just doesn’t care about his patients, only about making money. Because he’s always say, I’m busy, busy busy hurry up, hurry up hurry up. It’s very disheartening, and rude when you go to a doctor for help, and that you don’t get the help, you need and deserve. I had an appointment yesterday August 31, 2021 he gave me a prescription what he left out a medicine. And when I went to the pharmacy they said, the prescription they can’t feel. It ‘s because he marked on the prescription fill September 11, 2021. Why am I getting a prescription almost 2 weeks out? when I’m in pain and I don’t have the medicine, because you prescribed one of those medicines in July. And the other one Wayback in April or something like that, confusing to me unacceptable.

Great staff, terrific doctor. The doctor explained to me in detail about my shoulder injury and all the steps that could be taken and even surgical advice for my posterior superior labral tear in my shoulder. Kind and caring, impeccable sense of humor as well. I highly recommend going to this place.
