I had such a wonderful experience here with my PT recovery. All of the staff were friendly and great at their jobs. My treatment plan was well thought through, and they were quite good at catching on to when I could do more to keep my progress moving forward. I initially had a lot of anxiety about how much I could recover at all and fears of reinjury - they were very understanding of this but struck the right balance of still encouraging to use my body and learn to trust it again. They were also very flexible whenever I needed to change the day and/or time of my appts.

Excellent experience. Denise, Drew, Sally, Shannon, Lauren, Sean, Mario, and Matt were all friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Thanks to them, I made a lot of progress after my back injury. Just one suggestion: refreshing the facility’s dated decor would complete an otherwise first – rate experience.

first visit was to schedule therapy, so many of these questions cannot be answered. Front desk staff, Denise, I believe, was quite good !

Clean facility with a courteous, professional, kind staff. I was always treated respectfully. Most of the time I was treated by Drew, Mario, Corey & Keely; every one was great! I also interacted with Sally, Loren, Jess, and Tom who were also very good. Denise was always helpful and nice! I highly recommend this facility.

Absolutely fabulous experience at Mishock! The PTs and assistant PTs alike are very knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. Denise at the front desk is a gem and super helpful. They took me from barley being able to walk to walking a mile+ in a few weeks. I've been to other PTs and they don't hold a candle to Mishock. Highly recommend them for any and all of your PT needs!

After having extensive surgery and being hospitalized for a month, I came to Mishock Physical Therapy. I was in the most compromised and fragile state I have ever been in. With the help and supervision of the Mishock Team, I have drastically recovered and regained my physical strength and mobility. Very thankful to everyone in their practice! Highly recommend going to the Mishock’s Phoenixville practice!
