Mirasol Physical Therapy

The folks at Mirasol are both professional and personal with your care. I highly recommend Carleen, PT, Debbie up at the front who desk always has my back regarding appointments. All the PT aids are great and make sure you stay busy. Everyone is great to work with!

I was diagnosed with a hip injury. My wife had done some physical therapy at Mirasol, and so she recommended I do my PT there. I was very pleased with my PT experience at Mirasol. Their rehab specialists started me off with a few stretches and exercises that produced results for me within the first week. They were very accommodating with scheduling, and over the course of 8 weeks, they continued to add on to my regimen, providing more challenging activities and more reps as I showed progress. They were very receptive to my questions and input, and they carefully gauged my performance and progress, providing helpful explanations of form and function to improve my rehab process. I found the staff to be competent, compassionate, and very affable. Much thanks to Carleen, Myca, Christina, and all the others at Mirasol for constructing a thoughtful PT program for my injury, for inspiring me to put in the work to get results, for making it fun, and for providing me with a program that I could continue to develop for growth and recovery into the future.

I highly recommend Marisol Physical Therapy. I had a great experience and wanted to let others know. I felt welcomed from day one. Laurie, Debra, and Liz are super friendly, kind, and caring. They do an outstanding job at making you feel welcomed. Carla is an amazing physical therapist! She made me feel comfortable and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. I went from being miserable to being able to do what I love again. That is hiking! A big THANK YOU to her for giving me the knowledge and exercises I need to further my healing journey. ❤️

Excellent, wonderful, Carlene has shown me what a real physical therapist does. I trust Carlene’s information as much as my doctor. She has found what muscles are weak & we are working to correct the issue. She’s wonderful & full of knowledge.

Mirasol used to be a great place for my pelvic floor therapy. I originally gave them 5 stars, and then they got new management/owners. When they first took over, there weren't too many changes that I could see, but that changed in the next few months, which caused me to drop my score to 3 stars. While I understand that the location change was out of their hands, the new location is just not built with pelvic floor therapy in mind. The rooms that they have been placed in are just too small for pelvic floor therapy. They are also missing essential pieces (like easy use bathrooms and sinks) in the area they are placed in. They also shortened appointments to 40 minutes, which for someone who only went once a week was awful for my pelvic floor health. On one positive note, and the only thing keeping this review at 2 instead of 1 stars, is that Carla was amazing. She helped me feel relaxed at appointments and was very explanatory. Too bad the company is overscheduling her. They are going to burn her out if they aren't careful.

I was recommended to this office but clearly they don’t want any new clients. I have been trying to set up an appointment for weeks. I have called several times, left voicemails, texts, and lastly filled out an online form to set up an apt but no one has called me back but once (I missed the call by a minute and immediately called back but never got a call back even when I left a voicemail apologizing for missing the call….) really disappointed with the customer service.
