The CNA and NP were kind and professional No wait and Rx was ready quickly Thank you for such great Service & Care

This Nurse Practitioner is very rude and inexperienced, she basically didn’t do anything at all for me and still collected my money, I don’t recommend this to no one, there are people who shouldn’t be in the medical field due to lack of empathy.

Waste of time and money. Went for severe cough and fever. Did not even check lungs and charged $155 without prescribing any medication. Then she told me to go to ER if I couldn’t breath. Urgent care is much better than this place.

Made an appointment. CVS cancelled the appointment the morning of the appointment. Same thing happened the next day. Both times due to "unforeseen circumstances". This was respiratory related. This was unacceptable and delayed my being treated. They should have backup plans for these instances

Excellent practitioner, Diana Rodriguez, NP at the Houghton location. Knowledgeable, professional, friendly, approachable.

Went in with what I thought could be Covid/flu symptoms right before Christmas. Saw Christina Turknett; FNP. This lady was all over the place and honestly didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. She had to test me twice for flu because she screwed up the first test. I didn’t mind until I got my bill and see the charge for flu test twice. Why should I be billed for a test twice when she messed up and had to retest me? Also wanted to say at this clinic things were not in order, starting with expired test. She had me wait in a 79 degree room while she went searching for newer tests. Now I’m on hold with customer service (waited over a hour to speak with someone, and issue didn’t get resolved) trying to get the second flu test charge dropped. Horrendous customer service at clinic and customer service! I will not return to any of their clinics.

Appointment was at 9:20 and got canceled after I checked and drove 35 min. Doctor was no where to be seen. Doctor was unprofessional

I came as a walk in and was told I wouldn't be seen for 4 hours (it was 12:30, she said come back at 4:30) because of their Lunch break. It's just not very convenient and the reason I choose cvs clinic is for walk-in convinience. I was shaking on the spot with a fever. If you are looking for convenience this is not the place !
