I saw that the minute can do an allergy test, I needed to figure out if foods were on this list so I tried it. Turns out (after the blood test) it was only for basic allergens such as grass, trees...anything external like that. After the results, I got a bill that said this test was $802.73. Insurance covered $670.12. I OWED $132.61. SO, before you go in wanting a test make dang sure you KNOW the COST. Ask questions before!! I'd have never done this if I knew the test was $802.73. Now I owe a bunch of cash for something that wasn't necessary. Learn from this and test only if cost and needs are warranted.

Nurse practitioner Audrey has zero empathy skills and was very rude. Told her I didn’t currently have insurance (I just started a new job and am waiting for it to kick in) and I was appalled when she belittled and looked down at me and said “you might want to try the ER…they take acchs and Medicaid there…” when I didn’t say anything suggesting I have either of those. I was fine with paying out of pocket. So offensive. I came in because I felt I had an ear infection and I was in there for a total of 5 minutes, she checked my vitals and my ear and suggested I scratched it or went through altitude changes when I haven’t done either of those and then asked for the $140 (I understand the policy and I knew it would cost me in that range, I had no problem paying…I’m upset with how rude and belittling she was) Save your time and money and go somewhere with people that genuinely care and have an ounce of compassion and kindness in them. Audrey sure does not.

The provider was caring and knowledgeable. I didn't have to wait. I definitely recommend this clinic.

They are so very lazy and unprofessional. My husband was having foot pain with swelling. They did not even look at his foot or have him take his shoe off. They just said he had soft tissue damage and to stay off it.. Spent less than 5 minutes with him. Now we are urgent care because it has been a week and the pain is worse. DONT GO HERE.

I don’t get what’s with all the bad reviews, when I came here I felt very listened to and was prescribed exactly what I needed. The provider was very understanding and kind. I just came back in again today, forgot about the rules of only being able to give one bridge. But that’s OK. The providers name is Audrey. So I don’t know why everybody is saying she’s bad, she’s very pleasant. Oh well can’t win ‘em all I guess.

They lied to me regarding the charge. She said I wouldn't be charged for the visit then they sent me a bill as a specialist visit.

Elsa thank you so much with your help giving my 90 year old mother her TB test. Very caring and professional.

This was my second time to try to use them and both were a complete waste of time. This time I went in for a sprained sprained ankle (at the suggestion of my insurance company). When booking the appointment I selected "sprained ankle" as the reason for coming in but then when I got to the clinic I was told there's nothing they can do. Why would they have an option when making an appointment if they couldn't do anything. To top it off this is now the second time I've come into the minute Care facility and both times had tremendous trouble checking in where it couldn't find me even though I had an appointment. And as icing on the cake, the nurse practitioner came out of her office when she could hear me grumbling because the check in process wouldn't work and told me that if I kept it up, I'd be escorted out of the store. She didn't offer any help to resolve the problem I was having and it wasn't until I finally asked if someone would help me before she asked her assistant (who wasn't doing anything) to help me. Definitely not very customer focused. I can guarantee that this was the last time I will try using the Minute Clinic, and will never set foot in another CVS.
