I have had two Covid Tests here. Both times very professional experience. The nurse working here was amazing. I made an appointment and checked in at the desk. Very easy, and not stressful. No wait. She even fit my child in for their test early because our appointments were a two hour difference. I give this place 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Scheduled appointment for vaccine and instructions were to wait in car until contacted. Even though I provided correct number, we never received call. Once at appointment the individual did not complete insurance correctly, complained that computer system was slow and the problem (classic excuse) and she made same mistake for my wife (we were together). We received billing two weeks later for vaccine that should be 100% covered by insurance. We called main number for billing disputes but voice response stated it is closed (Saturday) even though their following instructions clearly state the times of operations are seven days a week. While we did receive the vaccine, (hopefully it was the correct vaccine given the poor operational execution), but everything else was poorly administered and created far more work, involved unnecessary wasted time, extra needless effort and unwanted stress. My experiences with Rite Aid and Walgreens have been far easier with which to obtain vaccines and simple diagnostics and far more pleasant.

I had a good experience with the doctor when I went in for a flu shot and a TB test- she was super nice. However, scheduling a follow-up appointement was a nightmare leading me to NEVER GO BACK and NEVER RECCOMEND this clinic to anyone. I was scheduled to come back Sunday morning and come Friday, I receive calls telling me that every clinic in the area is also closed. When I went online to schedule an appointment in Sherman oaks (really the drive I want to do on my one day off to get my arm looked at for 2 seconds), the system wouldn't let me schedule appointment because I "already had one scheduled." I called the call center probably 5 times in which every time they hung up on before actually managing to get a customer service representative who provided THE WORST customer service I've ever experienced. After explaining the problem and waiting for her for 20 minutes, her solution was to go to another clinic. Seriously? Then when I went to schedule in Sherman Oaks she told me she couldn't schedule me either so I had to go and just wait. That's not a solution. In the end I just made an appointment with a different email and my name spelled incorrectly. This is a horrible service that is avoiding customer service phone calls at all costs. When you finally get someone, they are untrained and completely useless. Horrible, horrible, horrible.

The CVS app says they close at 5:30. The sign at the store says the Minuite Clinic closes at 5:30. Well, not so fast. The staff was just waiting to go home, noone being helped because there were no patients. They said the computers shut down at 5 pm. Why am I not surprised?

I have used this clinic on multiple occasions and have been pleased every time. They get me in/out quickly and with the pharmacy right there I can get it all done in one trip.

I visited the minute Clinic and they didnt treat me and advised me to go and visit the urgent care. They didnt want me to pay the copay and but next month I was asked to pay the copay. You can't reach the DR who treated and the IVR system is pathetic
