Last week, I visited here for my annual exam and I was told that it would be totally free, then I see extras which they are saying I should pay. I explained everything about what I needed. I had received another annual wellness exam at the same place a year ago. Both of them did the same things, exactly same things, nothing was extra. But I got another cost which is not covered by insurance. So when you come here, be careful about what you would have got.

$150 for a 5min visit - this location requires a credit card on file before checking in. They'll then charge you $150 per visit, without bothering to file the claim with your insurance. Now it's up to me to devote hours of back-and-forth with insurance co. + CVS or give up. Quality of care is also sub-par; and no one to check in.

They billed me on the day of service, despite having my insurance info and without telling me. Then they claimed to not have any record of the payment and after an hour on the phone with their customer support, I was given an email to follow-up with proof of payment. I provided it. Then once again, they never followed up. Then I get a bill from their billing department for payment weeks later. And it's for less than the amount I already paid. Still no follow-up to any emails. And my insurance has "MinuteClinic" in the name. Lol.

This was our third stop trying to get my son’s earache treated before having to go to the emergency because we are from out of state and no one else could help. Susan V. squeezed my son in despite not having any more appointments for today and being by herself. She was so patient and helpful and was able to prescribe my son an antibiotic. Thank you so much Susan!!!

Susan at minute clinic on Broadway in Tempe was so helpful to me. I had impacted ear wax and she worked so hard at trying different things and even recommended an over the counter product which helped to soften it and we returned later. At that time she was able to finish the job. She is very compassionate and so practical and helpful! Thank you Susan!!!!

They packed up and left before my scheduled appointment. Using their website, I scheduled an appointment for a flu vaccination for 5:30 Sunday evening. Instructions were to wait in my car until called in. I got there at 5:25. Still no phone call by 5:45. I tried calling them but got a useless recording. So I walked in and they were locked up and gone. Thanks for wasting my time and gas. Don't let people book appointments for when you're apparently not open.

Extremely impressed and appreciative of the NP that treated me. She listened and answered questions I had that didn't even pertain to my appointment. She was more considerate and helpful than half the doctors I met this year. Nice to see that there are still medical professionals that actually care about their patients. Very quick and affordable as well.
