I had an appointment for a TB test and reading at this clinic. I arrived on time for the reading appointment but had to wait 1 and a half hour just to be told that they would not be receiving any more patients for the day. Unfortunately, that was my last day to get it read (you only are able to get it read within 2-3 days) and so I had to get the placement another time as well as get it read (and I had to pay another $39 for the placement and $35 for the reading because the CVS did not accept my insurance). I could have gone to my family care doctor which accepts my insurance as well as gotten my placement and reading on time, but I did not want to drive for 20 mins just to go down there another day to just see if I came back positive or not. When I came back to this clinic they understood my situation and told me that they would waive the payment, however I recently received a bill that informed me that I have a payment for both my reading and placement. This clinic does not live up to its name as a MINUTEClinic but has decent customer service.

I am very happy and relieved after my visit with “Doc” Hamm, a very competent clinician who gave me very compassionate care and professional courtesy. Such a good feeling to know safe, compassionate service is so close to home.
My kids and I went here for a flu shot in January 2018. We have sharp performance plus health insurance. The clinic advertised that is affiliated with sharp and we didn’t know that this clinic is not affiliated with the medical group sharp Rees stealy we are covered under. Nurse practioner acepted our insurance and now we have to pay $45 per person while we could have gotten the flu shot for free down the street at the sharp clinic or across the street at Walgreens. I would not recommend this place. The clinic should advise a patient if his/her insurance is covered for this preventative vaccination. We knew for a fact that Walgreens phamacy department advised us in the past before giving us a flu shot that our insurance covered.
Waited 25 minutes for my appointment and nobody even bothered to come out and greet me. I'm done with CVS
I came in with an Ear infection and sore thorat, I got offered water and wait time was 5 minutes. Dr.Sims gave me a full write up! Very happy with this place.
Clean and quick. Great place to get TB testing and up to date on vaccines. The nurse practitioner was professional and knowledgeable. I would go here anytime for care.
The vaccination was extremely unsanitary, they didn't change gloves between patients and touched the medical waste by gloves before giving shot to patient. Terrible experience
Should change the name to HourClinic Edit: I was joking at first but they are an hour behind so my point stands. Edit 2: The NP was nice and helpful so that’s a plus.
