Don’t waste your time making an appointment at this location. They arbitrarily are making up their own rules and will refuse you without proof of a negative PCR Covid test. Website does not set this expectation when you make an appointment. Called customer service and they verified proof is not required!!! I’d appreciate a called back from corporate leadership to address my concerns as my time was wasted going to this location!!

I’ve been here twice already for two separate things and each time I made an appointment and was taken in even before my appointment time. I imagine a lot of people on here had to wait when they didn’t make an appointment. But the staff is always nice and understanding. Way better than waiting somewhere else.
The minute clinic is simple just a name. Obviously you should expect to wait over 25min . Casey administered my TB test at the price of $35. I was with her no more than 6min. We schedule my appointment for the following 48 hr and I did not receive an email conforming my appointment like I should have. Therefore when I arrive to my appointment date I had to schedule a new appointment and wait an additional 13min no big deal. I was told by Casey and also saw online my fee for a Tb reading would be $30 . Well I got to my reading appointment Mariam did my reading and I was not charged $30 I was charged $39. Which was okay for me because I had the money but if you are someone coming in with exact change or do not have money to spare you might want to know of an additional $10 fee. Over all both women were professional.
Came here on Sunday @ 10.30 AM, checked in. The wait list on the screen kept changing from 18 mins to two hours and 30 mins, even if we would have decided to leave, we would not know where we are in the line. The ad was stating that "no appointments necessary" and "walk-ins are welcome". While 2 rooms are available only one was actually operating. On Sunday. Just one room. We were eventually seen by the nurse at 1.20 pm.
Very bad with Plan D Medicare insurance for vaccines! They didn't accept this insurance at the clinic and give no information needed in order to file a claim on the receipt. Seek vaccines elsewhere where Medicare Plan D is accepted at the time of service.
The medical staff here does a good job. However the wait times here are misleading and although there are signs that say some appointments may take longer than others, the wait per patient should not be an hour or more. It seems approximate wait times are segmented in 7-10 minute intervals. Therefore, one hour is unacceptable. I won’t be back to this one again.
An excellent and convenient way to get immunized and up to date on shots. Service is professional and friendly. Flu shots are available here...hint...and most insurance is accepted :) The staff here and at the CVS pharmacy are excellent and fast.
Was very lucky to come by at a time when there was no wait, but you can check wait times online before you go. The physician and pharmacy staff were very kind, and they accept most insurance providers.
