For nurse Jeannie (Eugenia), it hasn’t been her day, maybe month or even year. Didn’t greet me and was dismissive, saying she didn’t care. She really would have rather been somewhere else. Maybe they’re overworked here at MinuteClinic. I felt uncomfortable. She did follow her checklist though. Do not recommend, unless you have nowhere else to go.

I would strongly advise against choosing this place, especially if you are a person of color. My experience with Jeannie (Eugenia) Cormier was highly disappointing and unprofessional. During my visit, she repeatedly confused me with another patient, even after I corrected her. To make matters worse, she inadvertently shared that patient's confidential information with me. It wasn't until she checked the insurance details that she realized her mistake. Rather than offering a sincere apology for her error, Ms. Cormier decided to share personal details about her own difficulties in life. When I politely stopped her and reminded her of the need for professionalism, she reacted negatively and used inappropriate language to address me. This unprofessional behavior left me deeply dissatisfied with the service, and I have no intention of returning here in the future.

I just went here for a flu appointment because I haven’t been feeling well for a couple days now. The nurse was absolutely HORRIBLE. Completely rude, disrespectful, and aggressive. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a medical professional before. Her name was Jeannie (Eugenia) Cormier. She shoved the naval swab up my nose and didn’t even try to be gentle about it. Her response was “I’m not going to even try to be gentle because I’ve done this 40 times today.” She shoved it so far up my nose that I was coughing really bad and started to resist when she went up my left nostril. She held my head as she placed it up and I’ve never felt so violated and unsafe with a medical professional before. There was another staff in the room just watching and listening as she was acting like this and I was completely appalled by the lack of action she took. I DON’T CARE IF YOU HAVE DONE IT 100 TIMES IN ONE DAY. There is absolutely NO reason to be rude and aggressive as hell about it! She gave me my packet at the end of the appointment and didn’t even bother asking any questions about my health. When I would ask any questions, she would scoff and complain. I asked her to edit the doctors note because I missed work all this week already and her response was to grab the note from my hand, say “Ugh this shouldn’t be that difficult”, and stomp away. Completely rude and disrespectful. I didn’t feel like I was able to have a safe conversation in regards to my health, questions, or concerns. I’m completely disappointed to have a nurse like that working in what SHOULD be a caring field. Will not be seeing her again. Do not waste your time with this Minute Clinic as they clearly don’t care about how their nurses treat their patients.

I had a great experience here- I hardly go to minute clinics but needed some urgent care. It was easy to schedule the appointment and I didn’t have to wait too long before they called me in, the nurse and nurse practitioner were incredibly thorough and kind.

The clinic is a joke “walk-ins welcome” THERE ARE NO WALK INS AVAILABLE! The clinic and pharmacy hours are incorrect. Everything is done by appointment and there they only have 3 appointments available for the ENTIRE DAY. If you are one of the lucky 3 congrats. This clinic is a joke, DO NOT GO. Save yourself the headache.

The service was great fast and reliable. The nurse practitioner cared about me, she talked to me. She was very personable. Will go back. I needed to go for annual well check. They are contracted with my company. They knew what to do and I received the lab results on the spot.

Was with a friend waiting to be seen at the clinic and talking about how the checking stuff works, when the provider stepped out to confront me about what my issue was because I was being so loud. First if all I was unaware that anyone was in the room because we have been waiting a long time and never saw anyone go in or out and second it's my prerogative to talk while standing at the check in computer. Also she did not even answer the question I had was she walked out to " find out what the problem was" but just said she will get to me. Then when she did come out to bring my friend back she called her name and just assumed it was me and when I didn't get up and move, instead of just calling the name again or asking if I was ready she said "let's go" With attitude like I was holding her up. Then after waiting there for over an hour we found out the clinic can not even do what was needed!! Would have been nice for someone to have told us this or the computer to have a list of services!! Will never be coming back!

I won't ever go to a CVS Minute Clinic (that's a laugh) again. I walked in and the wait was 180 minutes. Everyone on the list in front of me except for one person showed not present. I waited 30 minutes. Saw no one come in. No medical staff at all. I wouldn't have minded waiting an hour if I had seen anyone come or go but there was no one at all. They should not even do walk ins if they are not going to have realistic wait times. I looked up on the website before I went and it said 0 wait time. When people are sick they don't feel like waiting. I would not even give 1 star but wasn't able to select NONE. If I can move my perscriptions I will never step foot in a CVS again.
