MinuteClinic at CVS

I had a great experience at the Walgreens Minute Clinic! Booking my appointment online was a breeze, and check-in was super easy. There was no wait time, and the clinic was spotless. The nurse was friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. She administered the test quickly, and I was in and out within five minutes. I highly recommend it!

If I could give 0 stars that would be it, I was 5mins late, and then when I check in following the link they sent me, it said my appointment is cancelled. And I was with my toddler, that and looking for somebody to ask what went wrong with my appointment was just horrible horrible horrible experience. The pharmacy staff who will also kindly ask you to wait before they can accommodate didnt help much at all because when they did accommodate me it was only to tell me minute clinic is not their department and have no authority with when all I ask is where can I find someone to help since they are all inside this CVS store! This is just horrible (not to mention the back story just to get here for the appointment ) the least they could do, is give someone A VERY BIG CAUTION that says “BE ON TIME OR THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, STRICTLY IMPLEMENTED “

Terrible. Staff was gone despite hours of clinic being open, do not come to this location. Was told minute clinic and cvs are separate entities and was rudely told to “just knock on the door”

I was seen right away, the nurse practitioner was kind and knowledgeable, and the treatment was exactly what I needed.

3 minutes late and they refused to see me . Just told me my appointment was cancelled then closed the door and hung out til they called the next patient in. I’m really sick and not normally late to anything. So off to urgent care I guess.

Waited over 2 hours, although I made an appointment online. Went there for possible sinus infection and covid test just in case. Tech did not swab correctly. When NP finally came in room she was ready for me to go, but I reminded her about the sinus infection. She briefly listened to my lungs, heart, etc and said it should clear in 7-10-14 days. No meds. The next morning I was in the ER with a 40 minute wait and diagnosed with pneumonia by a doctor. Antibiotics. Where would you go?

Got my flu shot here. There was a wait when I mosied over after my CVS shopping, so I made an appointment for a couple hours later and they were ready to take me in pretty much precisely on time! Staff were professional and friendly. A good experience!
