Honestly more professional than any traditional doctors office I've been to. Everyone was friendly, it was very clean, but let's be real- it's in a CVS. There was definitely a weird late stage capitalism vibe when I had to walk past the liquor aisle to give a urine sample. đź«

It was a little tricky making the appt online. They only offer that day, and two days in advance. I will plan future appointments with this in mind. I went in and saw Jonathan. He was really nice and made an effort to make sure all my questions were clearly answered. The clinic was clean. All in all it was way easier than trying to see my provider!

Can never schedule an appointment online. Tried the walk up option and they sign said to sign in at the computer. Completed all the steps then it said no availability today. What’s the point of advertising walk up available if they won’t take them. I was literally there for 30 minutes doing the registration on the computer Ana’s absolutely no one was there! No one! I asked the doctor on staff if he could see my 9 year old son, he said they are fully booked today and can’t. Even though there was absolutely no one there and he was not with a patient. He said try another location. But I asked it should be quick and he wasn’t treating anyone and it says walk in allowed why is he not able to see him. He kept repeating they are fully booked all day. I made him aware he’s not with a patient now and I’ve been here for 30 minutes and no one has come in. He says he’ll get someone every 5 minutes….I’ve been here for 30 and no one has come! Then a male Filipino (Josh if that’s even his real name) that works at the clinic also said for me to leave and kept telling me go way “bye..bye…bye..bye” using his hand to motion me to leave and being rude to me and my 9 year old son. Horrible service. People are obviously no shows all the time and these guys don’t get the concept of walk ins…if they aren’t treating a patient and there is no one there, they should render care to a walk in patient. Absolutely rude and horrible service.

Last summer I needed a TB test. The appointment system was easy. I did have to wait for about 15 minutes before I was seen. The nurse practitioner was quick and professional. A couple days later I was back and had it read with less than a 5 minute wait after signing in. I used their automatic text to let me know my appointment was soon which was rather accurate. I thought prices were relatively inexpensive and it was overall very convenient. I have to go back again soon for the same purpose and will update .

I visited this clinic for a skin problem. The name of nurse practitioner (NP) was Yashika. She spent more time on the computer than paying attention to my problem. She could not understand or diagnose my problem. Only asked me to take an over the counter antihistamine, which did not cure my problem. I do not know how qualified other NPs are, but definitely I would not recommend anyone wasting their money by consulting Yashika.

Signed in Kiosk as a walk in. Showed a 1 hr., 40 minute wait. This was accurate. Kiosk also offered to e-mail me 30 mins before I would be seen. I will call in the next time, but this was a nice feature which I did not use. Although I had come in to this location previously, the nurse practitioner explained to me that he would not be able to access data in their data base which was more than 2 years old. So he did not have records for my allergies, nor did he know what immunizations they had done for me in the past. He told me to call in for my immunizations records. Bit of a hold on that call.

The staff at Montrose CVS Minute Clinic were AWESOME!!! The professional young lady who did my vaccination was friendly and the NP gentleman was kind enough to squeeze me in even though I was late!!! I was VERY impressed and their clinic was clean and well run.

Really do appreciate Matthew for taking the time to inform me that the minute clinic is now only doing appointments and ever went as far as to help my set one up on my phone for the next day since walk-ins/same day appointments are not guaranteed.
