Booked my appointment same day. Got treated for strep throat. Got on antibiotics. Shout out to Jazmin Bannett NP who took wonderful care of me and really cared. Will be going back if ever needed. Thanks !

I booked an appointment online for the minute clinic because they were the first location offering a vaccine for my son who is 2 years old. It was easy to schedule online, and when I arrived at the clinic I signed in on an electronic kiosk very easily with a confirmation code that was sent to me in advance. The appointment was right on time! Malaysia was the LVN that administered my son’s vaccine and she was very thorough, attentive, and friendly! She gave my son a sticker afterwards & helped us to set up another appointment. Highly recommend for your vaccine needs!

The website for Minute Clinic says they treat bronchitis, strep throat and sinus infections yet when I got to my appointment they turned me away upon checking in. A woman who claimed to be a nurse said I needed to go to an urgent care because they don’t prescribe antibiotics.

Booked an appointment here on 2 separate occasions. When I go to the check in machine it tells me both times my appointment could not be found. No one there to help or look at the confirmation I had on my phone.
