MinuteClinic at CVS

Thankful for the nurse (female) and nurse practitioner (Martin) for assisting my daughter in a quick and timely manner. They were both very professional, attentive and caring.

Nurse assumed because i had medicare i couldn't afford an out of pocket visit. She even called to cancel my appointment for me 😂 That is discrimination. Also online their site says it takes my insurance but was told no they don't in person. Deceiving. Could have done a telehealth option had it been offered and would have payed out of pocket. Biased, rude awful nurse who just assumed the worst and called to CANCEL on me before i even got a chance for other options there. Shut this place down, you're the problem with healthcare in this state. Sorry you look down on the disabled and assumed the worst to not even offer other long distance out of pocket services you DO offer for everyone else.

This is the worst location I’ve been to. And yes they sent me to several today. I went to the minute clinic that advertises online they take walk-ins and was turned away even though I was there a hour before close. I talked to all of the nurses there and was told not our problem that I should of made a appointment. However why have a walk-in minute clinic if you turn away patients? Horrible service, rude individuals if I could give zero stars I would.

Don’t waste your time, their call center was extremely unprofessional, impolite and unhelpful. I was simply returning a phone call and after jumping through hoops to speak to someone I was harassed over the stupidest of things. An address change…. I gave them a second change and called back a second time to try and speak to a different person… still meet with resistance. Prior visits in 2019 extremely smooth- what a difference a few years make in the way they treat clients.

I and my husband was there for vacation. My husband fell ill and so we went to this clinic for his treatment. We went with a hope that my husband will get a good treatment but we just ended up paying bills not the treatment. The nurse practitioner there (Elizabeth I guess) was so rude and did not have decency to talk. She doesn't deserve any star from me (but I have to since it does not allow me to post). Don't waste your time and money there, go to urgent care.

I have never given 1* in my reviews ever, but this visit I had today was horrible, not only there is absolutely no customer service, no one wants to work, they are giving attitude, and extremely poor communication, I also wasn’t treated for anything, didn’t give me anything but I already done, she said do airdrops, which I said that I’m already on them, sent me back with same treatment, also I never paid more than $59 she charged me $139 when I asked why she said oh, we should’ve tell you at first that’s the price, sorry you didn’t know, I want to know why I’m over charged, got absolutely nothing done, with complete attitude and lack of communication . The list goes on, but I just feel this will do justice to the people who will visit this location, I’m not a complainer, I never did, but no one should ever be going over through this , especially when they are sick !

The morning doctors.. specifically this female brunette lady who just won't get to work in time is uninterested in not just being a doctor... But a human lol. Go sleep your days off man. Don't work a job and hate on everyone.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I would give 0 stars if I could!! Unprofessional and a WASTE OF TIME! Had to pay money for NOTHING! The people there did not know what they were doing. They kept asking each other common questions! They hold a paper near your eyes to test your eyesight, no markings nothing, with shaking hands! PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY and DO NOT GO HERE!!
