MinuteClinic at CVS

My visit at Minute Clinic was positive. The NP was helpful and professional. I felt extremely comfortable with her. Amazing service.

The providers here are so sweet and accommodating. Professionalism and customer service 10 out of 10. I went to 3 CVS stores prior to this one, and i can definitely say this is the best one. If you are doing anything medical at a CVS save yourself the headache and just come to this one.

canceled my appointment a day before with no reason and IM the one that has to schedule again what kinda garbage place you running?

After sitting in traffic, I arrived 10 minutes before closing and I was turned away. She clearly could hear that I was sick. In speaking with her, she mentions to me that they sometimes stay after closing to clean up. Um ok that's fine and dandy but how in the hell does that help me? Not cool at all.

Not great. They called me 15 min before my appointment to cancel my kid was too young for the appointment I was able to sign up for online. I was already on my way in rush hour traffic. The rep was nice, but the whole experience demonstrates a serious lack of confidence

How about you update that you are closed online? I had to drive 30 minutes to this location just to find out that it was closed. How extremely ignorant!

The website says appointment without an appointment, the drive took 1 hour and in the end you have to make an appointment, but there are no free dates for making an appointment, you can only get on the waiting list. terrible service

Refused to take me as a walk in for minute clinic even though they had multiple cancellations. Really terrible customer service. No wonder cv is shutting down minute clinics.
