So many negative experiences here. I didn’t have any of those. I was checked in to see Wendy I believe that was her name. She was so knowledgeable and polite. Came in cause I been coughing for three weeks and needed to see a doctor since my doctor was booked for two months. She listened to every concern I had and educated me on the medicine I was currently taking and she prescribed me some great relief. Was in And in no time. Definitely recommend coming here for your needs. Plus this is the one of the minute clinic I been to that has been successful in assisting me with any of my concerns

I was at the minutes clinic in Aliso viejo yesterday Hilda Cervantes was the worst provider ever went out of her way to do nothing and when I asked for a Dr's note she said no so I let my wife know and anyone else this is not health care they you just want to push over the counter drugs will tell everyone I know this is the worst care and especially Hilda Cervantes the worst

Saw the nurse practitioner. Was prescribed Amoxicillin 875 mg BID for a bad ear infection. Took my first dose early afternoon. I've been experiencing severe stomach pain ever since. Called the pharmacy (same location), got called "honey" (I'm a 62 yr old Vet) and was told the CVS pharmacy won't communicate a severe reaction to a medication to CVS Minute Clinic ... WOW. I was told I would need to come in. I will be scheduling a teleheath appt because I'm TOO SICK to drive in. If I'm unable to do this, I will be calling my primary care physician, reporting the problem, and getting a different antibiotic. The clerk who calls customers "honey" told me to just eat before I take the amoxicillin. Right. I DID. NOT TAKING THIS VILE STUFF ANYMORE. Looks like I get to pay my $20.00 copay TWICE. I frankly expected better of CVS Minute Clinic. Severe stomach pain is a WARNING - IT SAYS *STOP AND DON'T TAKE ANYMORE*. Caveat emptor.

The nurse on site on October 13th didn’t seem to enter my follow up appointment in the system. I showed up with printed paperwork to prove I had an appointment, which should have been avoidable. The nurse also gave me the first shot that ever hurt - I maybe she had a bad day but I will NEVER come back here

I had a wonderful experience at the Minute Clinic here. I went in because I thought I may have the flu and wasn’t feeling well. I was seen right away by Wendy S, nurse practitioner, she was very thorough, kind and professional. She did my exam and got me on my way to feeling better. I was very appreciative of her and would recommend this clinic again if needed.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! I had to get Tdap Vaccine, they got my insurance card and never told me it’s not covered or may not be covered, just a few days later I have a bill for $256 There are charges for injections and TB skin test that was never read since they misinformed me about when to come back for reading. I wish to know if there is any authority overseeing the corrupt way that they treat ppl and their phone # is the worst the world ever has seen, trying for days and hours and NO answer. If you want heartache and have extra time to spare try it.

Why is it called a walk-in clinic when you can’t walk-in? No appointments in the middle of summer. This should no longer be considered a “minute” clinic. Ps One star is related to lack of same day visit availability given this is what Minute Clinic was founded on (hence the word “Minute” in its name). My rating is not related to the quality of care given —I couldn’t be seen today so I’m at a real urgent care right now.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR A TB TEST! They charge $35 to give the test AND an additional $30 to read it, unlike most clinics which just charge to give the test and read it for free. I went here and they neglected to tell me that. They also told me that I could go to any doctor to get it read, which is not true. The clinics I inquired at require that they administer the test to read and certify the results. On top of that, they 1. screwed up the injection so that I had an allergic reaction to the injectible 2. misread the allergic reaction as positive and told me I had to pay for a chest x-ray. I eventually went to Marque Urgent Care right down the street from this Minute Clinic and saw an actual doctor instead. He correctly identified what had happened during the injection and told me that the so called positive test was really just itching and redness from the messed up injection and not the "skin thickening" reaction one would expect from a positive TB test. They administered another TB test there ($30) to which I had no reaction and it was read (for free) as negative.
