I absolutely love Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy. My son has been at Mini Miracles Therapy since he was 6 years old. They are the most friendly and dedicated individuals I have ever meet. They are so patient with my son, even when he has a melt down. This place with their caring staff has helped my son so much. His therapists include me in on what might work best for my son and how to work on incorporating it into our daily lives. The staff at Mini Miracles Pediatric Therapy are like family to us and they have been so great to us. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and compassionate care.

Our journey with Mini miracles started several months ago, and we can not speak highly enough about our experience. My son started having very strong Food aversion at a very young age (Difficulty swallowing foods or refusing to swallow or try certain types of food/textures, gagging ect.) and he also ended up needing assistance in speech. (Pronouncing certain letters/words.) After changing pediatricians several times over a extended amount of time and hearing, what felt like 100 different “medical opinions,“ my husband and myself were left feeling like we had exhausted every option, and we were exasperated, we were finally referred to mini miracles (by our current pediatrician) to address and help us with both issues. We were doubtful in the beginning, (due to the roller coaster ride we went through to find someone to actually help) but after just a few short sessions with Mini Miracles, to say we are impressed is an understatement. We have sat through every therapy session and the staff and therapists are always super kind and caring to both my children. (My son, and his little sister that comes along with us to his appointments.) you can see that their mission is to help children succeed! Our sons food therapist (Dalton) has been a huge encouragement in my sons climb to overcome his food aversion. Dalton is very supportive, patient, and has really helped motivate our little guy with positive, fun, encouraging methods. building his confidence to try new things and overcome new textures. Our son loves Dalton and really looks up to him like a “big brother figure” which works wonders in his therapy. He also sees (Myria) for speech therapy, she has not only helped our son learn to annunciate, and pronounce letters properly, in a very short time but she does it in a fun, kind, and caring environment and way. To where he enjoys learning. Myria also helped us address his slight tongue tie (which my old pediatrician overlooked numerous times.) and helped us work through that. and the bonus to the whole process is, my son doesn’t even realize he’s going to therapy because they make it fun. Both of my sons therapists include me in on what might work best for my son and how to incorporate it into our daily lives. They are friendly and dedicated and care about my son as an individual, not as a number on a spread sheet. The staff at Mini Miracles have been wonderful and are like family to us, they have truly been such a blessing to my sons life and our family. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants quality and compassionate care. Their dedication has made a huge difference in my sons life. And we can not Thank them enough for all they do and the love and support we have been shown.

Absolutely a wonderful place with super kind and caring staff whose mission is to help children succeed! Highly recommend to any parent wanting great therapy for their child. My two preemie nephews had physical therapy here and we were impressed with their care. Everyone is friendly and so patient with the littles. Thank you, Mini Miracles Staff! Keep up the great work.

My preschool aged kids started speech therapy here about 5-6 months ago. Not only has our experience with ST been invaluable, but their ST noticed they needed OT evals as well. That has been a life-saver for us, since I had no idea so many of their behaviors were due to something treatable (SPD). Their OT has been so helpful in so many ways. My kids have improved remarkably, and I can’t recommend mini miracles enough.

If you're lucky you get one of the good ones who doesn't put their hands on your kids. My sweet child was crying and instead of giving a young child with a known delay time to process they said he needed to "finish the command" and forced him. He had bruises from an adults hands holding him too hard to make him finish his "command" while he cried for help in fear and pain. My preschooler is a child, a gentle loving human who was struggling and they treated him worse than a dog. It's disgusting. I was told it's standard practice and nobody else "has a problem with it". I don't know if others know how bad it is. If you go here stay with your kids, keep them safe. This isn't normal. They deserve better.

This was the worst experience and it's not just me saying it me and my woman was there. They first forced another man to be in the room who would not leave who was not my speech therapist. Do not take your kids here the reviews about pushing children and being rough are absolutely true. And they will avoid you at all cost so you can't make a report. We have called over and over and no answer we sat in the lobby 20 minutes after our son was pushed there's a reason this place doesn't have a wait time. My son went into a fit after being pushed. There was some man who isn't his therapist who would not leave the room smirked and had a condescending attitude each time we confronted th situation this violated our privacy. All he would say is if you want me to leave I will after being told we did not want him in there over and over. We felt pressured for thisan to be there until we had to be the "bad guys" and demand without ceasing thean to leave. It's worth the wait to avoid this place. I will not take my kid to get pushing by a stranger. How does that help his development? She opened the door before we were ready to leave and h ran for the door and she pushed him back in for his "safety" not just waited for us to have his hand or carry him not just stood Infront of the door or followed him and lead him not even the best idea to let the parents b the parents. This place is a trap. This isn't slander or gossip this is to warn other parents.

Best therapy office in East Tn. Katie Powell is our son’s speech therapist and she has made a huge difference in our lives! Great group. You can tell everyone cares about the kids as individuals.

My cousin has been doing her PT with Mini Miracles for about roughly 3 months now-- both telehealth and onsite-- and we've had a great experience so far. While in quarantine, we did telehealth appointments. Not only was the Zoom application easily accessible, but her therapists were also super understanding of any hang-ups we had during our session. The last month or so, we've been going onsite weekly and she's loving it! At first we were a little hesitant about going somewhere as hands-on as a therapy office right now, but were reassured when we saw the precautions being taken. For example - upon arrival you call to check-in and your child's therapist comes out to get them, staff and guardians are required to have masks, temperature checks are done at the door, and we were offered a private room if preferred. On top of that, she has a great time during sessions. With a dislocated hip, it's sometimes a fine line between a good stretch and a painful one-- but they've been incredibly intuitive of what she can tolerate. By her second onsite appointment, she was talking up a storm and trying harder to participate as she got more comfortable. I've seen a lot of progress in her releasing tension and having more confidence in her movements. Overall, I'm super impressed. We're always looking forward to next week ☺️
