Ming Massage at McCain Mall

I've gone here for years and quite often and most of the time I get a great massage but not this time. I got a full body and the guy didn't even massage my arms . I was also disappointed to find out the the punch card is now a 50% off instead of a free massage. I't takes forever just to fill up a card and now it is only 50%. It's not worth the effort to keep up with the card and definitely not an incentive to keep going there and be loyal. They need to understand that they are not the only show in town. Go back to free or you WILL lose customers!!!

My experience was awful. Me and my sister went yesterday this was my first time there. The man used his hands maybe 5 minutes of The massage,and the rest he was grinding his elbow in my back and shoulder blades. I’m sore today and feel like I have been in a car Wreck. I even had to tell him once to stop he was hurting me. I will never use this place again. Didn’t know a massage consisted of grinding your elbow in someone to the point it was a awful pain. I thought a massage was suppose to Be relaxing.

Thanks to the customer who decided to give up her spot in line and return the following day, I was able to get a 30 minute deep tissue massage that was AMAZING!!!

If I'm giving an honest review, I don't think Ming Massage is for plus size women. I could tell the difference after the massage. But the customer service from my masseuse gave the impression he did not want to do it. I want to give them another try but if I feel unwelcome I can't spend my money there. I am a plus-size woman US 22-24. My friend and I had an appointment, we were running late so they accommodated the later time. That's great customer service. When we made it there and told the masseuse the service we were to receive, he looked me up and down. I disregarded it. When we went to the back a different masseuse explained what we needed to do. After following his instructions, I laid on the table and waited about 10-15 minutes before my masseuse came in. He said hello, and began the massage. At no point did he ask if the amount of pressure was okay. He mainly focused on my back. It was awkward, because this wasn't my first full body massage. When he used the hot rocks he didn't warn me. He literally just laid them on my back and starts rubbing. The same with the hot towels, and both were very hot. When my friend massage was over who started 10 - 15 minutes before me, my masseuse stopped shortly after.

They were really friendly, fast, and clean. I gave it 3 only because I never had a massage before, and the first 30 minutes of it I was clinching my fist and tensing up majorly telling myself I was stupid for getting this.I was legit almost in tears. It was extremely painful. The hot oil and the hot rocks were amazing, but the elbow rub into my most sensitive spots/bones hurt so bad. The night of I was barely able to sleep, I was tossing and turning and the next day I felt like I got in a car accident almost.. my back hurt worse then when I originally came in. But by reading the reviews, a lot of people like the deep tissue massages, so I’m sure it’s no fault of the workers. They did great. It just wasn’t for me personally.

Always get a decent massage at Ming. You can usually walk in. I have made appointments.

So gald I trusted some of the reviews & gave it a try today. First off the customer service was wonderful, so I got the full body massage with Mike,& oh my goodness it was Amazing. Happy quest here & will return soon

Took my sister and niece here last week and it was delightful. My niece was not enthusiastic at first but we now have a convert! The gentlemen did a great job of helping release tension while we blissed out. They were spot on with their techniques and we felt much better afterwards.
