I could’ve written this review months ago, but I’m glad I waited. In the past year I went from seeing Heather on a weekly basis to as needed. It has now been six weeks since my last appointment And I can truly say that Heather was a godsend. I went to Heather at a difficult time in my life for help with the specific Problem I was having, and she helped me with so much more. Heather was able to help me open up with the use different therapy techniques. And now that I don’t attend on a regular basis I find myself in constant awe of how much I’ve grown. I am able to better manage my emotions, set boundaries, and not feel guilty about it. My relationships with those around me are better now thanks to the help I received at Mind Right. I also love the staff. I’ve been placed where I love the Dr or person providing the actual service but the staff is difficult and that is not the case here. Sara, Lance, and Zeke are all just as amazing as Heather is. 🥰🫶🏼

Heather is so compassionate and understanding. She intuitively knew exactly what I needed not only to hear but the action I needed to take to walk in healing and restoration not just of myself but in order to restore relationships with family as well!

Heather and Amy are amazing therapists! Mind Right is a God breathed ministry that I am forever grateful for.
