Had an excellent experience with the owner as a physical therapist 😃 also the other therapist especially Danielle were excellent I could barely walk now I'm doing so much better still in therapy! Also I love the atmosphere, the calmness and the attentiveness!
Due to a severe pinched nerve that ran from my left butt down to my ankle the pain was on a scale of 10 being the most intense. However, over time it really improved thanks to the wonderful staff at Mill Valley Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation!!!!!! They are attentive, caring, respectful and encouraging! I know there are a lot of Physical Therapy places out there but this place is the best! They deserve a zillion stars for improving my life and movement where the pain way way down to 1 to zero!
This place has good physical therapist, especially Susan and Danielle. The management is absolutely horrible, I’e never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never go back and never have anything good to say about this place.
Dirty, during covid I was surprised to see equipment being wiped with dirty cloth, the floor and equipment was disgusting, I was called lazy because I didn't want to use dirty equipment or sit on a dirty floor
