Milford Regional Medical Center - Rehabilitation & Sports Medicine - Northbridge

They're very nice here, well qualified and they're good at explaining things to you. Usually they made me work hard to strengthen my foot but one time I got a most excellent foot massage... I felt like I should give her a tip! Can't leave without mentioning the office staff. They're a cut above other offices. They have to deal with many cancellations and bookings at hours that aren't always during normal business hours. They always knew my name too. I was very surprised to see that when I walked in, the "woman behind the glass" just waved me in. It's nice to be remembered. 6 stars!

Disappointing. My son was seeing Anna for OT. There was very little communication first between her and her front desk and second between her and us. When there was communication she was confrontational. Never open to feedback from us and would just drop goals he had because it wasn't done "her way". Will put her ego before the patients care simply put.

After several stints of PT over the last few years at a number of different locations, it was nice to find a place where the patient truly does come first. From the friendly staff to the dedicated therapists, this is a top notch facility.
