Milestones Physical Therapy

Speech therapist constantly let my daughter choose a toy before therapy and spent most of the (ridiculously short) 30 minutes fighting with her to not play with the toy. We pulled our daughter out after 4 sessions. Not paying for this kind of "therapy."

As much as I'd like to give them 5 stars because the therapist is good, im very dissatisfied with their lack of any kind of grace period. We were told we had to reschedule after only being 5 minutes late. Now, I totally understand 15 or 20 minutes and if you're consistently late, but this was our first time and it was only 5 minutes! We don't live super close so this was a total hour wasted. And any practice who works with special needs children should understand that no matter how prepared you are, sometimes you are still a little late. This almost caused a meltdown, which is one of the things we struggle with most...over 5 minutes. And I know I've waited in the waiting room for them to finish with another client where they've been 5 minutes late...why is it okay for them to be running behind, but not someone else? It is not always easy to get out the door early when you have a child with special needs. I would think they would be a little more considerable than that. I understand it is booked and their time is valuable, but this was a bit ridiculous.

Had my boys in for physical and occupational therapy. Therapists were wonderful, but office staff is lacking! Very flippant receptionist that doesn't care to put your business out there if front of everyone. Received bills for no show appts when I clearly called in, but THEY were having problems with their phone system and didn't get my messages. The billing clerk informed me that they would take me to small claims court if not paid! Hated to loose our therapists, but will not do business with a company that seems to be money hungry!

My child loves his speech therapists and his speech continues to improve. They truly care about their clients.

My daughter is non verbal autistic and the therapists that work with her are fantastic. My daughter tries to communicate more and more n it all thanks to her therapists. Thank yall for helping others that others have gave up on thank u.

Great therapists who really care about the kids they work with!
