My experience at the chino hills milestones is AWESOME ;) staff are all welcoming and nice. My daughter comes about 3x/week and the therapists (OT/Jessica & PT/Danielle (Dani)) are both super friendly and honest. I did not find any reason to get upset none of the times I came in for therapy even if the day seemed completely wasted. My daughter is a bit complex but both therapists really try to develop a comfortable environment for my daughter and are always trying to see what other methods can be used to help motivate or stimulate her to keep her pushing. I love how the entire staff are friendly always greeting parents and remembering names and faces of the families. (Monica & Rita (front desk)) are always trying to make sure schedule fits for everybody and calls in advance with any changes. The entire staff are super empathetic and they genuinely want to help the kiddos with the patience you don’t see with some people. It took my daughter almost a full year of wasteful therapy sessions to get used to Dani and Jessica; now she loves them and lets them hold her with way less crying/whining. I chose to stick with milestones in chino hills rather than a company provided by CCS because this place works for my daughter and fits her needs RIGhT NOW. The therapists got to know my daughter, Lena, pretty well since she first came in and I’ll most likely stay until dani or Jessica are replaced here….they are honest which I like about them. They are not trying to sell me on the thought that they could help or that milestones is right for Lena. They will tell me if they feel like Lena can use the help somewhere else or with somebody else more qualified in certain aspects. They are willing to learn with us parents in whatever we learn to help. I never had to wait long and they are usually on time even on the occasions we are late or early. Always greeting so jolly and politely makes my daughter smile ;)

I love that place. They are really knowledgeable Yes they talk and explain to us, which is great they share their knowledge and their tips and you can practice at home with your kid. Nothing better than parent education. They tried to help a lot my daughter, and they always there for us, and very supportive. Jassica, Mercedes,Danny,Rita and Monica.

I was very surprised about the suddenly termination of services today for my boy ( he will be 3 years old in 2 months) the last time i spoke with his occupational therapy a month ago she told me that he will continue services. My son supposed to have therapy every other week and the office call me to cancel his appointment because his therapist wouldn't be there and scheduled me until a month after. Today jun 16. I saw the therapist she and didn't give any therapy to my son. The whole 45 mins she was talking to me about his behaviors and that he will not longer qualify for OT. 45 mins was way too long for my son to hear us talking and cause him to lost his temper. I d even told my son that we were going to his play therapy and he was very happy. I don't really understand that sudden conclusion / termination of services. also in previous visits the therapist will make us wait for a while in the waiting room every time before therapy. And the only 1 time a got 15 mins late she got very upset telling me that she wasn't allow to do therapy if i ever get late again. When she make us wait every time and no other kids were in section with her. I would really like therapist to let parents know a least one section before services are going to be terminated so we can bring some toys or something to entertain our kids while we talk for 45mins in a small room. This environment make my son feel very upset and stressful when i addressed that to the therapist she said : oh your son has to learn that he isnt always going to get what you tell him. ( because i said to him you are going to play at therapy without knowing that he was going to just hear mom talking for 45 minutes.

The only concern of this facility is the money they get for your child. Knowing children need structure and routine, the staff’s only concern is getting as many patients in to make their Financial goal. The receptionist acts like she can’t even be bothered with any questions you have. Her boss Jim Carey can careless as well. My child had been a patient for over two years and as soon as she was forced to move to this new location, all the issues started. Take your special needs child to a facility that cares about them and not always mentioning money.

Love this place. They take really good care of my son. From Rita at the front desk to Jessica in OT. His new speech therapist is awesome too I just can’t remember her name. I love the attention they give him, definitely recommend this place.

This place is total wast of time. The OT tharipist are lazy and talk a lot of bs to parents instead training the kid. Also steal the time from ur tharipy time...they only spent 15min to 20 min on the kid and rest of time is BS. All they do is blaming the parents bc they don't know what they doing. I withdraw my self from there.

Thank you Danielle for being the best physical therapist my daughter could’ve ever had ! This place is 100% mommy approved.
