I did physical therapy at Milestone for eight months, leading up to and after a surgery to relieve Achilles pain. Brad and his team are incredible. They are encouraging, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only did I get great treatment for the issues I came in with, I felt like I learned so much and was set up to continue getting stronger and healthier after my time there. I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I visited Brad due to lingering issues with my shoulders, hip, and lower back. I appreciated his method of treatment. He not only listened to me, but he heard me as I explained my concerns. He quickly grasped my situation and began to target my concerns with an overall assessment. From there he used a dry needle procedure on my back and shoulders that proved to be very helpful. He also provided and supervised on-site exercises that improved my range of motion and strengthened my muscles for all affected areas. For the ‘at home’ stretches and exercises he provided a link to an application that explained each exercise and the ability to record the completion of them. This proved to be a very helpful tool. Brad could track my involvement in order to be informed for the next appointment. Thanks Brad for your professionalism and sharing your knowledge resulting in my improved range of motion, flexibility, and muscle strength!

Brad helped me out immensely after I had lingering pain from meniscus surgery on my knee. He really took the time to listen to my issue and then worked me through some exercises. He gave me exercises to do at home and I was back to playing sports without pain after a few weeks. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

As a senior citizen, my doctor told me I need to work on my core strength. My daughter, is a therapist and she agreed. She had worked with Brad and felt he could definitely help me! She was soooo right! Brad, is very patient, knowledgeable, attentive and answers all questions! I had his full attention for over an hour. He gave me 9 exercises that I am to do 5 days a week. They are just what I need! While Brad does not take insurance, DO NOT LET THAT STOP YOU! He is well worth the money! Give Brad a call and give yourself the gift of better health and movement!

I have been a patient twice now for two separate issues and Brad has done wonders for me both times! I love that i can use my health savings card to pay for treatment. Not only did they have a full gym at their disposal to help with my rehab but i got one on one care the entire time, every session. I actually saved myself money compared to going to a chain PT clinic because Brad was focused on getting me better quickly and not focused on the amount of visits i would attend. I highly recommend Shupe Rehab and Performance to high level athlete’s , weekend warriors or just the average person with nagging issues. 10/10 would come again

I've seen a few PT's over the years and Brad is the first one to take a genuine interest in me and my goals. Brad is very knowable and understands as an athlete what was important to me. I had chronic elbow pain and couldn't lock out my left arm. Within a few sessions Brad was able to stop the pain and get my mobility back. Highly recommend Brad, he worked hard to address my issues and provide long term solutions so I can get back to doing what I love.

Brad is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and he's very down to earth and fun to be around. He takes a genuine interest in you and in your fitness journey and emphasizes preventing future issues/injuries in order to reduce the need for you to come back for more appointments!
