Milestone Physical Therapy and Training

After breaking my leg and going through surgery, I was welcomed to Milestone and was amazed at the progress I made in a short amount of time. Everyone is so kind and know you by name and want to help you both physically and mentally through the difficult time. My son then tore his ACL and had surgery. We immediately scheduled his PT with Brad and his colleagues. My son is on track to get back to football and basketball and we owe that to Milestone!

I was a patient at Milestone for approximately 5 months while I was recovering from an Achilles rupture. During my time there, I worked with each of the PTs. They are all amazing! When I began my program, I was overweight and tired all the time. Working with the PTs sparked a love of exercise in me again, and I'm back to working out 5-6 days a week. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs physical therapy or who wants to improve their physical fitness. The people are great, which makes for an unforgettable experience!

If you need physical therapy, and you’re wanting a friendly, knowledgeable staff, this is your place. My husband had a knee replacement and Brad and his staff had him rehabbed ahead of schedule. I had been suffering for years with back and hip pain, thinking I would probably eventually need surgery, but decided to try PT along side my husband. Wow. I could feel a significant improvement after just a couple of visits. I now am almost completely pain free. I highly recommend Milestone Physical Therapy for their warm and caring atmosphere, and expertise in planning a personalized plan for your PT needs.

Milestone Physical Therapy is the BEST ! After my hip and knee replacements I began therapy with these awesome people.. They are all so kind , happy and friendly. The atmosphere is amazing…I couldn’t have had a better experience .I enjoyed getting to know their staff of amazing Therapists. I highly recommend this company of terrific people❤️

I can’t say enough good things about my experience so far with Milestone. I was in a wheelchair with a torn meniscus when I went for my first appointment. Brad has given me great explanations about my injury and the reasons behind the exercises we’re doing. He and the rest of the staff have also been extremely encouraging too. I will be recommending them to anyone that needs physical therapy! You’ll be glad you came😊

I shattered my patella and went in for my first PT session in tears. I had numbness (and still do), but I never realized that during PT things would get easier with repetition. I remember not being able to lift my heel off the table. Being numb, Brad says, “you are doing it yourself.” After day 1, I knew this is the place I was meant to be. Now, I’m 11 months post op, transitioned to training and couldn’t ask for a better group to surround myself with! Brad and Cassandra are amazing! All of them push you a little harder and Dave definitely makes sure you’re going the extra mile! After 11 months, this place is a home. I never realized how important PT can be until being a patient (as a medical professional). I love you all at Milestone Physical Therapy!!! Thanks for getting me back to normal! Chirp chirp #BSU

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with milestone physical therapy. I started going there after a fib tib fracture and having surgery, when I started PT I had very little motion of my ankle and walking with a severe limp. After a month of PT with them I would say I’m 98% better and now just left with some minor swelling still. Highly recommend milestone and appreciate how much easier they made my recovery process. After a terrible visit at OrthoIndy, a family member recommended we visit Milestone for a Physical Therapy assessment for my son. They have been nothing short of wonderful! Every single person there is kind, patient and committed to people walking in the door. Everyone at Milestone - from the front desk to the Physical Therapists - have taken time to answer our questions and genuinely get to know us as my son recovers. The atmosphere is top notch and they send us home with exercises every week to keep challenging my son. The highest of recommendations if you need Physical Therapy or Training!
