The worst and most rude secretaries. Since 2018 I've overlooked how unfriendly and how unattentive the office personnel are. The Dr.'s and accupinture personnel. Everyone of those people are great. But the window personnel. They are absolutely horrible. They hung up on me today 3 times even the office manager hung up on me. I was simply asking about the fee for filing my dr papers for edd and I mentioned the calls are recorded and 3 times they hung up on me. I explained in California it is legal to record your phone calls. It is a one party state. Meaning. Only one party of the call needs to be aware the recording is taking place. They still claimed they will only deal now with my attorney. How then am I supposed to go on Thursday to pick up paperwork if the office personnel have made it extremely anxiety inducing.
