Mile Level Physical Therapy

This place is AMAZING! The staff is the most fun, kind, & caring that I have ever encountered. I love a place that makes you feel like you matter to them. They are also amazing at what they do, of course. They are able to do dry needling and other things not commonly found to help out. They are capable and willing to keep learning new ways to help. I could go on, but there are limits to what google lets you type.

Incredibly friendly staff, very skilled, able to identify how to support you and your needs the best they can. They take their time to make great treatment plans tailored to each individual patient. Great facility and equipment.

I was referred to Mile Level Physical Therapy after suffering an injury on vacation that left me nearly immobilized with pain. The therapists have been incredibly thorough and compassionate, even accommodating my unpredictable schedule. The support staff is always welcoming and engaging, making each visit enjoyable—I genuinely look forward to my appointments.

Northern Cambria office is very friendly, accommodating, and patient. Everyone that I've seen come in knows the therapists by name and are greeted with a big smile. My experience has all been great!

Dr.Brittany Sponsler is excellent at her job and is a very fun and caring woman! All the staff members are very friendly nice welcoming and make Mlpt a very fun and comfortable place to be! I'm happy to have access to such great care just down the street from my home at mile level physical therapy Northern Cambria I always leave feeling much better after my PT I recommend them to anyone with any kind of Pt needs!!

Dr Britney Sponsler and all of the other staff members from top to bottom are very hospitable fun and caring!! Professionally they are the best! They are the most kindest ladies they really make you feel at home and actually listen to you when your talking 100% recommend coming here when your in pain, after surgery, or even if your doctor recommends it you definitely won’t regret coming here

I have been to the northern Cambria location for several injuries. Dr Sponsler is very knowledgeable and does a wonderful job.
