Dr. Chan and Dr. Sacha are brilliant sports medicine/pain management physicians. I was referred to them by a colleague of theirs and the diagnosis and care they provided for me has already been life changing. All the previous providers I saw over the past 20 years dismissed my neck pain and headaches as stress and only offered me nasty drugs…yet in just the first few minutes of seeing Dr. Chan, he knew exactly what was going on- a mechanical problem. Dr. Sacha is well known as one of the greatest injectors around. Tony, Dr. Chan’s MA, is very professional and excellent to work with as well.

I have cancelled my follow-up appointment and will not return. I have found Dr Wakeshima to be an excellent back doctor with very good bedside manner. He explains things clearly at whatever level the patient desires to understand his condition and takes the time to listen to the patient. However, I have found the office staff impossible to work with. No patient portal exists. Phone calls and emails to make/change appointments or ask questions are returned after long delays, or not at all. The staff went to great lengths to justify not modifying a simple x-ray order for my lower leg; this was after two different medical imaging centers told me the order was lacking sufficient detail because it said simply to x-ray the "left leg". To an extent, I will put up with difficulties in interacting with a medical office when I like the doctor that I'm seeing there, but this practice has definitely crossed that boundary.

I went to Dr. Sacha following a rear-end car crash and this office was amazing. I am not sure where the negative reviews come from but the care was the best and the results were very helpful. I will always go back to this office and highly recommend this office to everyone I know.

Dr. Chan unfortunately only cares about money. I’m going to Dr.Chain almost one year. my pain nothing change. all the time give it the same medication’s and patch.
