Dr. Kandah was dismissive and rude. He took no x-rays, no MRI and said it's just chronic pain and I should feel lucky that I can still do what I do. Turns out, I have a torn ligament and a stress fracture, requiring surgery. The office staff was helpful when I could get a hold of them, but it took many phone calls and I had to correct several errors to get resolution. Needless to say, steer clear.

Dr. Chan unfortunately only cares about money. If you are seeing him under workers comp there is a high probability of you being injured more than you are. Doctors should not be mouth pieces for insurance companies, and Dr. Chan is nothing more than a tool for workers comp insurance. Avoid if you can. If you cant I wish you the best of luck. You will need it

While I had good impressions with Dr. Chan, office staff greatly lacked professionalism. In person and over the phone I was treated like an inconvenience simply for seeking more information, never received a call back when I left a message to get more information about potential long term effects of a procedure, and then was given attitude from someone (perhaps at the surgery center-- it was unclear) who didn't get the message that I canceled my appointment days in advance of my appointment. I would recommend Dr. Chan for his field, but will not be returning.

If your cash pay this is a fine Office if you’re using commercial medical insurance I personally was told by the office manager it is my job as the patient to make sure the doctor orders the correct test and the correct tests are done before my scheduled procedure! She told me this office is way too busy with way too many patients in insurances they cannot be responsible for that!!!! And it’s a good thing I did it because I would’ve been stuck with it over $3000 bill!!!! None of this would’ve been applied to my medical deductible because the medical insurance denied the authorization!!! I’ve had zero response from the office!!!!!

I've been waiting a week for medication that was prescribed at my initial visit. They have not returned the several phone calls I have placed trying to learn the status of my medications. It's almost impossible to speak to a real person. I work in health care so I know quality of care and so far I haven't experienced it.

Went in for a referral came out with $1371.00 bill. Dr. CHANG pathetically poked on me and said your fine. Turns out I have a torn rotator cuff. He took no x-rays, no MRI and prescribes me a medication not covered by my insurance company. I don't understand how this man is a doctor or how this practice stays in business. Just look at all the 1star reviews and avoid this place like the plague.

Don't waste your time. I've called several times and left several messages for Jonathan. He never calls back. He is very lackadaisical in his work. They are always late/behind. Don't plan on "working" that day, because you will spend a long time waiting. Which is to bad, because Dr. Burke seems to be a great doctor. I am going somewhere else!

I worked with Dr Wakeshima about 5 years ago. He was my workman's compensation Dr. He never listed to me always on his recorder, I was give an EMG to early and the test came back normal. 5 years later could have really bad Ulnar nerve damage. He did not believe a word I said and dismissed my case as if I was faking it. Well guess what, I wasn't. Thanks Dr. Wakeshima!
