I am giving this bad review not because the physical therapist himself is is bad Jim in fact is very good at what he does. He is treated me for about a year and a half however, the staff are extremely rude and only make appointments when it’s the easiest for them. (I.E every Wednesday for one patient and zero wiggle room for another day same patient). For example: A couple of weeks ago my wife and I tried to change some appointments around and, according to the first medical assistant, there was absolutely nothing available to book when only just a few short minutes later, a gentleman came out of the treatment room and asked if he could reschedule some appointments and then all of a sudden she had availability on the following Thursday in the afternoon which was what I wanted instead of an eight in the morning appointment. That doesn’t work out best for people who work or who own their own business and cannot make it. The staff like to pick and choose who they want to service properly and treat ones that they do not like with bad service Jim I hope you are reading this. I’m sorry, but this is the only way in order to get through to you to hopefully make you understand that you need to make some changes in your staff. Also, even though in the system they are in the networks for Blue Shield , the staff claim that they are not which they’re losing out $1600 per quarter year. For anyone who just moved here out of state with different type of insurance such as a PPO just know that the staff will not work for you until Jim does something about it. I would address this because according to dignity health, you are still in network which you need to change. If you do not accept this type of Insurance, let your staff know.

Went because of an issue with severe sciatica. Jim is like the back whisperer. He knows his stuff, and I would highly recommend him.

I have had PT from Jim Mikrut two different times over the last few years. In the past 10 years I have seen 5 different PT therapists. Jim has been amazing for helping me. this past few months. Recovering from spinal fusion last year. I required PT for my legs. in just a short time Jim helped me so much. My hip required an adjustment. Amazing how quickly my walking improved. We highly recommend Jim Mikrut.

Jim and his entire staff are incredibly kind, caring, and helpful. There is always a friendly voice on the phone and a smile to greet you at the door. Jim is knowledgeable and encouraging, I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've been going to Mikrut PT for several years. I have had my numerous back and neck surgeries. Jim is the best therapist by far. His staff is also great. If you want the best treatment, go to the best, Mikrut PT.

My grandma had hurt her neck and shoulder about a year ago. She had been to two chiropractor but with no benefit. She gave up going. She was taking ibuprofen almost every day due to the pain. She was stiff and couldn't move her neck to the left or raise her left arm up. After only 1 visit with Jim Mike it, she had more mobility in her neck and shoulder. She know has been 4 times and the improvement is amazing. She no longer has to take ibuprofen every day and she is constantly talking about how much better she feels. She recommended him to everyone!

I called before we visited to see if Mr Mikrut could help my husband, and we were quoted a certain amount on the phone and were billed with over double. While most of the staff were really lovely My husband experienced further injury from his treatment and this we cancelled all future appointments. When I called to discuss why the bill was so extravagant we were just told that at other places they charge more and we were responsible for what ever we had been charged despite our expectations of it being what was quoted over the phone. We considered appealing to Mr Mikrut’s compassion over the bill through letter but were assured over the phone that he would not budge on the fee and we just needed to pay it. Get audio recording of your conversations and consider a less invasive approach if possible. We were very disappointed with the treatment and also the cost of the treatment. Can’t go back now.

Fantastic therapist, very knowledgeable, intuitive, thorough and gentle. Highly recommend!
