Physical Therapist, Nicole A., was able to assess my pelvic floor knowledge, then taught me all I needed to know using visual aids including anatomy models. Nicole explained why she asked certain questions or what she was doing as she went. Nicole’s evaluations were very thorough and concise including ultrasounds of muscles at rest and working, EKGs of muscles, and documenting via a laptop. I was given daily strengthening exercises, stretches, and recommendations to alleviate pain and discomfort. I did not know how far pelvic floor research had advance in the last 10 years and recommend anyone with issues to start physical therapy with Nicole. I will forever be grateful for Nicole A. sharing her knowledge and her ability to make me feel at ease while discussing certain topics and learning exercises/stretches!

While my therapist did a great job in the time I saw her, I agree with another reviewer who complained of their billing process. I was told I would be billed ‘x’ amount each visit until my deductible had been met. I received a bill for double that amount. I contacted their billing (in another state) and was informed that no one had run it through insurance and they’d reach out to the office to get that done. It’s been nearly five months and I just received the exact same statement again. They have continued to call me from the therapy office to get me back on the schedule in the meantime and I have expressed that I absolutely cannot due to the issues with billing. I am going to have to waste my time (again) to call and beg them to do something that should have already been done. Had I know their billing was outsourced, I likely would have never started my services here. I am very disappointed.

They helped me with strengthening my myself and taught me some cool things I never knew. I still have them on paper with the free folder and tote bag they give you on your first appointment, so in case I need any future reminders or help, I got them instructions. They were super kind and insightful and educated me on parts of the body I had no clue could be impacted and were effecting my joints, muscles, nerves, and health. I had a really cool couple of girls who I saw often, one named I believe Michaela, she was always so funny and the visits were always good. I also want to note they fixed me up quick. Like, going weekly helped me progressively improve quickly and I only needed to go there for a few months and I was already healed, my problems I originally had I didn't think were solvable (tried meds, specialists, chiropractors, YouTube, online research, doctors appointments, etc, the whole thing) were finally actually dealt with. Thanks again MWPT. I definitely recommend and their location is in a nice area, easy to find if you map it.

The staff exceptional, listened to my issues and presented several options to assist me. I was initiated with simple exercises but advanced to more complex exercises as I progressed. I feel like my core strength is better than it has been for years and helps me to stay active.

Appreciate an all-fenale, trauma-informed clinic. Conveniently located and wide availability for my hectic schedule. A one-stop-shop for all kinds of physical therapy needs. So glad they were recommended to me!
