The NP I saw was kind, and very thorough. She explained everything and it made sense what she was saying. I waited way too long for her to get back (from lunch) per her RN, even though I was on time even early. I didn’t get any pain relief and was told she would not give me any type of pain relief if I was having surgery that she weens people off their meds prior so at a level of pain that brought tears no I did not get any help n left feeling that I wasn’t obviously going to stop suffering anytime from her services so I will not be seeing that clinic again. I needed help that very moment and was rejected. But like I said she was accurate in her observations and that I can not fail her for. I wanna make very clear when I say not getting Any pain relief because I wasn’t looking for a narcotic, I was looking for what she thought best that actually worked narcotic or NOT. She gave nothing.

Did not like the kiosk sign in. Had to stand too long while in pain. The reception area chairs were too low to be able to get up and the day I was there the air conditioning was quite warm . Other than that the staff was friendly and nice.

Well NP listens get job done. The waiting time is horrible I be sitting for 2 hrs. Some of the nurses are not to friendly. The doctors do good job at taking care of you.

I absolutely love everyone there.Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Brooke is the best. She listens to me when I explain my problems and tells me what to do to feel better. They are the best!

After leaving 3 messages asking someone to contact me no one has never called me back. Called several times and got no answer after about 2 weeks someone finally answered.

I was impressed with the NP’s at my local clinic. They were very friendly and helpful with my problems and seemed to be caring and supportive. After my first treatment at the surgery center, I was contacted and asked how my pain was. Their concern seemed to be genuine. If the next treatment goes as well as the first one, I will be happy. No complaints.
