Middlesex Physical Therapy

I am sooo disgusted with the service from the actual dr herself! The staff at least is reasonable but this lady is terrible. She trying to tell me something different then the lady that handles insurance informed me. I would have found new pt I was informed last week of this news. Come to find out after following up everyday that the other lady is on vacation. She would usually follow up with my insurance this time she told me she would expedited it. you ask people that covering are like nope nothing just trying drag it along and every-time I say have u followed up they ignore the ?. They just say You have to wait come on .whoever knows about insurance you have to follow up and be persistent. How rude and disrespectful that doctor is when she then came on the line when i asked for office manager.no one should have to go through that the aggravation and frustration. This woman has made me so upset and frustrated after speaking to her in regards of matter that I was not happy about the office and how she is handling it was very poor an absolutely disgusting. You are the face of your practice you should never speak to a patient the way that she has. This did not have to escalate the way it has due to her behavior. Then when I try to let her understand what I was even complaining about because she just kept going instead of listening to the patient then she hung up on me the first time after being rude and disrespectful so I called back a second time, and I made sure I let her know what the reason was and I informed her that I was gonna leave her a bad review, but it did not phase her, which is actually disturbing because no one wants a bad review on their practice. How she a doctor is beside me with the way she speaks to her patients and she doesn’t listen to her patients or address the matter. They don’t even follow what the prescriptions of what the dr wants in your recovery. You have to tell them what you want to do to further along your progress which is unheard of this is my third surgery. This is not my first and I had had so many issues I stuck it out this tome around just to give them another chance, but it’s gone too far now. The prior staff and Therapist that used to be there for my other two surgeries were so much better but they have left the practice now I see why. I was unsatisfied when I gave them my first script but now when I had to give them my second one last week I had a gut feeling that I should have made the switch. Please choose a different practice when you’re choosing physical therapy to help speed up your recovery and your overall all health.

They make you feel like you're at home and take care of you with your needs for therapy.

Amazing treatment, the staff is very kind and helping. If you are thinking of getting a pain relief physical therapy I have a strong suggestion for this place.

This place is phenomenal. They take good care of me and the service is great. The place is very clean and organized. The staff are amazing, they know exactly what they are doing, and they are very friendly. They assisted me with all my needs so I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with any type of needs. If i could give this more then 5 stars I would.

Amazing place to go to. Hospitality is great, staff is very attentive and helpful. Torn my ACL a few months ago and they’ve been helping me ever since, before and after my ACL surgery. Appreciate everything they’ve done.

Not happy with wait time. It seems they schedule numerous people at the same time so the patients have to wait at least an hour or longer. I don't think that is ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Mediocre facility with mediocre staff. Not too friendly nor well informed about modern practices in physical therapy.
