The customer service was excellent from the moment I checked in. The front desk staff were professional and warm. The technicians were knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Bloom was great in explaining my injury and choosing the best fix for the best outcome. He was kind in his approach. Christina is an amazing physical therapist. I have never met anybody so happy to be doing their work and encouraging others to better themselves through therapy. This is my sixth surgery with this group. All of my surgeries were successful and the surgeons were all amazing. That being said I believe this is the first time I have made a 100% recovery due to Christina's driving positive force in therapy. I had my left shoulder basically completely redone. 2 months and 16 visits later... I'm being discharged from therapy tomorrow! Christina's knowledge is an endless well and her positive demeanor makes you want to show up and work hard at recovering correctly. Her answers to your endless questions will come fast, have a smile during delivery, and actually make sense. Bravo Christina and thank you for all your amazing work! My shoulder feels better than new! Steve

Sent email to the requested email but no response. Although the staff was nice the cost was just not affordable I do understand. But with 4 visits the most expensive one with a Dr 1500 was just not something I could do. My problem comes with billing. I was faithfully paying 100.00 monthly like clock work. Most recent payment on 9/4 to then 2 days later get notification they sent the account to collections. I work in a providers billing office and would NEVER send a paying account to collections. This is just poor customer service. I understand non paying accounts but really that's just uncalled for.

Dr. Brandon P. is a wonderful orthopedist who takes a personal interest in his patients. He ask's thorough questions and truly listens to your what’s going on with you. Then he acts on that information right away, giving me options and solutions. My son has several orthopedic issues and Dr. Brandon has seen him and made sure to steer him to the right colleagues for follow up care. I will recommend him to my friends & family, or for anyone who needs a great comprehensive Orthopedist😁

Everything was excellent. The facility is clean, and all staff very professional. Dr Bloom took the time to explain everything and offer multiple options from conservative treatment to surgery and explained each in depth. Always satisfied with his care.

This was my first experience with Dr. Cavanaugh and he and his staff were very prompt and thorough! Very happy with my choice to see him for my injury!

I really appreciate the care I get from MOSA. Dr Reardon and Dr Hicks are amazing surgeons helping with my knees and serious lower back surgery. the office staff is not always good about returning calls ( hence the 4 stars vs 5).

Dr. Kavanaugh and his staff are simply amazing. Caring - great listener - really cares about the well being of his patients. Can’t say enough great things.
