Terrible! I went with a work injury, it wasn't busy I'm the waiting room. The receptionist sked if I would come back in the afternoon, what is that? Or it would be a long wait?? Just looked at me, didn't have any other suggestions. I walked out and she went on with her work. This is our company's place to go and they don't have time?? I cannot stand Middlesex hospital and their doctors. It's always wait, wait, wait. Sickening!
I had a great experience here! I went here to get a physical for my PSL. Everyone was super kind and welcoming!
