Middleburg Heights Health & Rehabilitation Center

I have a friend who has been at Middleburg Heights Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing for almost 2 months. The team of professionals including the Administrator Omar, the Social Worker Tracy, who has been approachable from the start and has given excellent suggestions going forward! The in house Dialysis team which is a wonderful part of the facility, the therapy team along with their own transport staff member, Jeff who is so kind and caring! I could go on and on! I definitely rate Middleburg Heights Rehabilitation Center with a 6 STAR rating 🎉🩵

I Love this place for grandmother and she loves it as well. The staff are very great with good personality and sense of humor. Omar the director is 100% involved and really cares for the patients. I would recommend sending your family members here !

Omar the administrator is a hands on person he is working right along with his staff daily. He personally visits each patient knows them by name. My mother has been four different nursing homes and I've never seen any administrator on the floor unless you need to complain then you see them. This place has staff on all the time they all speak coming and going. The place is clean no bad smell. They have a wonderful cook when on if he's preparing food you smell the food throughout the building. The staff and I mean all of them that I've met make it a habit to speak and if asked to do something for the patient they jump right on it. If you have a parent or spouse that needs to be taken care this is the place.

I enjoy living here. Staff here is very accommodating. I have the best social worker in town. She is always there for me when I need her. Staff here treat you with dignity and respect, treat you more like a friend than a provider. I'm very happy here!

The administration and care team go above and beyond to ensure that their residents are well taken care of and are treated with dignity. Their social worker, Tracy, is one of the most compassionate and caring people I have ever met.

This nursing home is one of the friendliest and caring I've seen in a long time. Omar the administrator was very interactive with everyone and shows a very caring attitude. I would recommend this facility to other families

I had my brother brought to Middleburg Heights Health and Rehab after being at two other facilities for almost 6 months and not able to even stand one week of being here he was able to stand in less than 3 months he was able to walk on his own his health has come back more while being here than anywhere else and it was due to all the wonderful help of this facility they worked with him to get him moving again if you want your family member or yourself to be able to do better after a injury or illness this would be the place to be I would recommend this place to everybody
