My visit with Dr. Malone was great! He was understanding to my not feeling well because of my medical conditions and did all he could to make it better. I went Dr Malone without an appointment. He was kind enough to fit me in. He was kind and listened to what I was saying and explained everything beautifully. Also would like to say he has a wonderful personality/sense of humor. His staff was just as nice and took great care of my needs. Thank you the the entire staff at Dr Malone's office.

I had never experienced such a rude experience as I did with the receptionist that attended to me, well truly she hardly even tried to listen to what I was saying. Horrible experience.

Outstanding, personable staff with excellent doctor that takes the time to listen to patients concerns and to explain and enlighten the patient thereby putting the patient at ease.

Yesterday was 2 years since I had my hip replacement and I have been happy with my care so far. I went in August for knee injections and I have made it known to the staff that I have been experiencing pain in my hip and thigh and that I am in constant pain. I suggested physical therapy and a pain clinic for pain that Tramadol can't touch. For three plus weeks I have been asking for assistance and so far, no help. Please reach out to me Monday, because I will be calling. Please help me resolve this issue 🙏 asap. Up until August, I have been very happy with my care, hopefully this is an oversight.

Love this place Front office staff are super nice and helpful Met dr. Philip (who is retired now) and dr. Chris, amazing, sweet doctors. But most importantly Dexter, who puts the cast on, such a pro at doing his job. He is so gentle and caring. The only negative thing is Dexters student. she has a negative attitude you can tell she hates her job.
