Very rude service. The office manager has no customer service skills and no compassion. I feel that they are racist and only there to take advantage of the American personal injury system. After a serious injury I sustained while attending a college course, I went to this clinic for treatment and advice. When I started inquiring about the services they provide the office manager named Artak started screaming at me and telling me that they don't treat people like me. I happen to be African American. I only asked him a simple question that he didn't seem to know how to answer. I needed physical therapy but there were no physical therapists on their premises. Only so called chiropractors who are infringing on physical therapy practices and ripping of insurance companies. The lead chiropractor and owner is some Armenian lady who sits behind closed doors while everybody runs around to bring her patient information like some queen bee being fed by vicious wasps in a hive. I had a horrible experience. Why are they still open? YM
