I showed up 9 minutes late for my appointment and Dr.Michael Crincoli refused to see me but I've waited for 20 to 30 minutes on him for prior appointments. Why is their a different set of rules.

He may be a brilliant doctor, but if his office staff doesn't follow through with referrals or return calls What good is he? If I could give less than 1 star I would.
