These people are THIEVES!!. I went for 3 therapy sessions and my copay with my insurance is $25 and they charged me $45 each visit. They also do not file a claim with my insurance which is strange. After countless times in unison with my insurance trying to get my reimbursement from them they now refuse to reimburse me the $60 they owe me. Felipe Otero, the owner, does not return messages or calls, he's done nothing to resolve the issue. I sent him an email asking him to do the right thing and reimburse me and he ignored it. He has Eris ( the so called office clerk) doing the dirty work. Eris is rude, arrogant and lacks manners. As far as the therapy goes, it's extremely poor. Felipe Otero puts you on a table with hot cold packs the whole session while he attends to like 10 others at the same time. I got nothing from his therapy. Seems like they care more about taking money than actually helping you. The other therapists that work there look miserable and don't seem to get along with each other as I witnessed one female therapist throw a heat blanket at another therapist in a rude manner. I heard him cuss at her silently without her hearing. Very bad experience overall. I got better on my own watching YouTube instead of coming to this place. The other positive reviews on here must be family and friends. I DO NOT recommend coming here for therapy to anyone! Very disappointed they are not honest and do not reimburse me.

This place is straight garbage as far as customer service goes. I made an appointment yesterday, when I show up they say the receptionist made a mistake and they couldn’t see me at that time so to come back at 345. Both during my initial call and my first attempted visit I told them who my insurance was, no mention of anything. When I show up for the second time today now the receptionist says oh sorry we don’t take your insurance. What an absolute joke of a business.

Felipe saved my freakin life! I came to Miami from LA to visit my family. I was referred to go see Felipe because I pulled a muscle in my hamstring. As a stuntwoman living in LA where EVERYTHING is closed I’ve struggled so much to find help with this injury. Unrelated from this injury I’ve spent this past year going from doctor to doctor to doctor to even a neurologist to find a solution for a decade long issue I’ve had in my legs. I’ve spent so much time and money and basically gave up on finding any kind of solution. Circle back to my visit where I was just visiting Felipe at Morf for my hamstring. He was so kind to hear all of my ongoing issues and then simply said “let me check your spine and your back and we’ll go from there”. In less than 5 minutes Felipe had easily pin pointed EVERY issue I didn’t even know how to explain. He didn’t make me feel like I was boring him with my descriptions of pain. I went through the cupping with him and a few other things to help start my physical therapy. He was beyond patient and unbelievably knowledgeable. I would rather pay for a flight to Miami to see Felipe on a monthly basis that to go on any kore missions in LA. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING TO MORF EVEN FOR JUST A CHECK UP ON YOUR BODY. They are patient and kind and have so much knowledge and insight. The whole team works amazing together and I can’t stop talking about my experience. I’ve gone back for a second visit and I plan to visit a couple more times before I go home. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO!

Staff is great Mr. Otero is a top-notch professional who designs your treatment to your specific concern.

I could not even walk when I came in their office because I pinched a nerve, and Felipe and his staff treated me with the utmost care. I can walk now, after only 2 sessions. I am still taking physical therapy sessions with them and will definitely recommend to anyone I know. Great customer service and quality care.

Been going to MORF for a while now. I was recommended by my customer and his son in law. They avoided a back operation thanks to MORF. I was also in need of an operation in my spine .I was skeptical but after a while I started getting better.They have a machine that very few companies have. It stretches your body to decompress the spine. That and the special exercises to strengthen your muscles do the trick I recommend Felipe and his staff. Very knowledgeable and professional with a lot of patience and care.Prices are fair. Plenty of parking.
