CTM Never Give Up Giveaways

CTM Never Give Up Giveaways

My father in law spent a couple weeks there before coming home for hospice. They were nice and I think did their best to care for him. People need to realize that if you want perfect care for your elderly loved ones you have to do it yourself. You cannot expect strangers to do as good a job as you should be doing to take care of your problems. And let's not mince words, elderly care is a real job. Any help should be appreciated and when something like a fall occurs you can't be angry because no one was there to catch them EVERY TIME THEY FALL, because quite frankly that's YOUR job. This place did a good job caring for my father in law. I think the staff is comprised of good people.

My mother was in the hospital about every six months on the verge of death. She had a bed sore so deep it took a year for it to completely heal. I moved her and she has not been hospitalized since and is doing great. I moved her almost 5 years ago. The staff is kind to people there but the medical care is awful. The place smelled of urine and the beds and equipment there were very old and worn out. I would never put anyone else here.

My grandma was here about six months ago, not only was the staff helpful and friendly, the residents was just as welcoming. The facility is like a family, and great food. I have family that works at other nursing facilities in the Houston area as nurses and they was very complimentary about the facility being very clean and for the staff providing great care.

My grandmother died due to COVID in this facility September 4th, (Let’s not forget to mention she got COVID from this facility because none of my family had been able to see her in 2 weeks before her passing due to Mexia LTC not allowing us to come) Her original room was in the COVID ward, empty with all of her things still in the room. yet she died in room they moved her into surrounded by someone else’s things and pictures. The nurses and aides treated her like GOLD! we loved the care they gave her, but the lack of empathy and respect that Stephanie Webb in the office management has shown baffles me. they have not once called to offered condolences to my family, but yet she has called and harassed my mother almost daily about the money we owe for the 4 days she was alive there, down to the cent. Yet if Mrs Webb would have given my mom the corporate number as requested this debt would be paid. as for me and my family we will stay far away from this neglectful “care” facility.

Don't do it. Worse place EVER. The post will not let me post unless I put a star. Know that I put ZERO STARS.
