From my 1st day until my last, I was treated with respect, kindness and compassion. Their professionalism was great. The staff is knowledgeable and worked with me every step...even made sure I did my therapy at home. The office/rooms are neat and clean. And I enjoyed the music...thanks Nicole! I have been a patient at Metropolis in their Bushwick location since Sept. 19. I go to see my PCP in the same location so when I found out I needed PT it was convenient that its just downstairs. The environment is very clean calm and relaxing. The schedule is very flexible accommodating, it suites my schedule well.They play awesome music (I'm a huge Beatles ) it makes the time go by quickly and helps me forget the pain I'm feeling going through my sessions. The staff are very kind and helpful, they will give you the best treatment ensuring you understand what to do to optimize your function and what you do in your sessions with your work at home. I love this place and would not switch for anything. Thanks for doing such a great job guys.

I came to Metropolis Physical Therapy after dealing with chronic lower back pain for several years and feeling like there would be no end in sight. Within two months, I have seen so much improvement and have learned so many techniques to help reduce my pain. It has been life changing. This is all due to Dr. Red, Alex and Nicole. They are wonderful people to work with and actually make dealing with your pain fun because of their positive team effort. They are easy to schedule appointments with and make it an overall stress-free experience. I look forward to going there and seeing them! They are so supportive and helpful. Highly recommend them!

I was searching for a place where I could bring my teenage son who has autism and I had to make sure it was a place where the staff and enviroment is friendly, caring and patient. After reading some great reviews I made the call and everything from scheduling, to insurance handling and our first visit was quick and very easy. We are almost 2 months into therapy and I must say I am highly satisfied with the service and patient care provided at Metropolis Physical Therapy. Rhed, Nicole and Alexander have all been beyond amazing. I have and would continue to recommend this facility to anyone I know for they not only provide great patient care but they are very knowledgeable on their field.

Metropolis is the best physical therapy place hands down. I can’t thank Red for all he has done for me. Red helped me get my motion back in wrist after having radius disc fracture surgery. Finally, Besides Red being incredible at his job, him and his staff are friendly and accommodating. He holds great conversations and keeps the atmosphere with great music. I have been coming here for physical therapy for a few months and I can honestly say my experience has been amazing . The staff are very friendly and professional. They make you feel comfortable while attending to your physical recovery.

I came here after have injured my shoulder on a trip. Only had two sessions here and I’m already feeling so much better; I especially appreciate the care and attention, and appreciate that I was not rushed and was given many different exercises to do. Considering how it is all the more difficult to run a PT practice in the current circumstances, I only have good things to say about the staff here!
